No reception staff, room cold, heater not working, carpet full of bindys (as was the whole yard), floor dirty, dirty cup in microwave. Generally run down and untidy.

It stinks. There must be an issue with sewerage because the room would smell bad after being left locked for the day, but once aired out, it was OK. This is difficult to avoid, given the remote location. However, nothing some regular maintenance, deodorising, and complimentary sprays wouldn't help. Front reception is unmanned. The couple times I went to reception for towels or to report issues, no one was around. I called the number provided, but the voicemail was full. Generally dilapidated and neglected. The whole place is in need of an overhaul. The towels are old and mismatching, one room had bowls and the other only plates, cutlery mismatching, tea towels in one room but not the other. Spare blankets in one room, not the other, etc. We had to clean and wipe down outside tables before use. Upon inspection, underneath the sink was leaking due to pipes simply being left undone (we fixed this ourselves). Pillows are old and either solid or flat. No security/screen doors. Fly spray is provided in one room but not the other. Smoke detectors are missing or placed in draws. Nowhere to leave keys when we left, we locked them in our rooms when we, again, could get hold of reception. Simply put, there is a lack of any kind of care or attention. As you can see in pics. No consistency between rooms and staff were unavailable.

It's was available, cheap, and close to where we needed to be. The facilities were functional and basics met. I had booked a family room using Booking.com. however, when we arrived, we were given 2 separate neighbouring rooms, as the one we booked wasn't available (turns out it doesn't really exist), having 2 teenagers we were happy to take the option offered. Although, my sister had booked a family room too and was presented the same option upon arrival and was very dissatisfied as she has much younger children-she complained and the next day the family room was made available for her. Upon investigation, we found the motel only has one family room available, yet advertises more. I had stayed here with my dad decades ago, and it was nostalgic to return but sad to see how time had taken its toll. Was once a very functional, well maintained, neat, cosy, clean, and pleasant place to stay.

It's run down, had to ask for some coffee cups, the sink in kitchenette is also a basin for the bathroom which isn't ideal. There are no staff around and we could hear everything going on around outside. The TV only had 2 channels working and the outside area and garden was very untidy. Sorry I know your in a small town but ..

Lawn and gardens were neglected and overgrown. Pool was slimy and unusable. Check in process was confusing and direct number no longer works. Unable to book directly.

Driving into the place it looked like it needed some TLC. No personal contact and being the only guests that evening it felt very strange in a small country town

not clean. Bins were not emptied from the previous occupier. no milk for coffee. Room cold even with heater on. Tiles on floors which made the room colder. A rug would have been nice. Left as soon as I woke up as I did not feel comfortable being in the hotel. Rubbish all over the property. Not a home feeling and is depressing.

Stained dirty carpets, uncomfortable bed due to every old mattress, poor shower. Overflowing garbage bins in front. Receptionist ignored arrival despite ringing bell. No phone reception. No restaurant.

Had to run power by extension lead from power point half way up room to other end of room to use kettle fridge power points did not work , bathroom drainage wired floor completely soaked after shower around toilet and all complete fall risk , booked family room, it was already booked to another family given two rooms. Have autistic children was not happy to be away from one of them , will never go back

Very remote motel in a nowhere village with no restaurent or gas Basic equipment I lost a pair of IPhone pro hearing there and they could not find them both. Costly!

No wifi. No phone reception (so couldn't hotspot). Couldn't park outside our room but across a muddy courtyard. The restaurant wasn't open for evening meals; only breakfast. Nearest feed was 22 kms away in Narrandera.

Room was clean and in good condition, Very good TV reception. Adequate kitchen and a reasonable bathroom.

The grounds were a ness. The room had not been vacuumed. Thry have a bug problem but i had dead bugs around the edge. The shower was a dribble. Water from sink was brown. I went to see the manager and he could not speak English... had to translate via phone to understand what I was saying. For the money I paid I expected better. I ended up leaving.t. Am yet to hear from the owner.
