We don't wish to be too critical, but if we had to comment on anything, it would be that the bathroom being a little too exposed to the living space and bedroom. We loved the openness, but felt a little exposed when using the toilet, even with curtains drawn. The late check-in time surprised us too. While we understand and appreciate the time needed for high standards of cleanliness, we had hoped to enjoy more of our booked days at the Villa, and wrongly assumed a more conventional check-in time of 1 or 2pm (which was offered for an extra fee).

the villa was absolutely spotless, the bathroom with surround sound and a huge jacuzzi was amazing. my best friend and i had an amazing time! location was great too, across the road from the hepburn spa and only 5 minutes to the nearest town. will definitely be returning!

Nitpicking but lighting in the living area and outside the entry could be improved. Also would be nice to be able to watch tv in bed.

The only thing I didn’t like was when we had a bath and turned on the jets a bit of dirt build up came out in the bubbles. But I do have a spa bath at home and getting it clean is nearly impossible! So I understand

This place was beautiful, modern, peaceful and very private. The bed was comfortable, the spa and shower were luxurious. You could sit inside the spa and watch tv with surround sound. Even laying in bed. Kitchen was great and so was the gas heater for those cold days. The deck outside was great to sit in and have a coffee in the morning while taking in the stunning views. Easy check-in and check-out. It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommend!

You felt like you were staying at a spa. It was peaceful and quiet. The layout of the space and the balcony out the back for you to enjoy your glass of wine of a night time. We we absolutely be back and I will also be booking as a gift for my mum and dad to enjoy a weekend stay here!
