Property is in an excellent location and was easily found. The unit we had had been recently ungraded and was nice and comfortable to stay in over a longer period. We particularly liked the walk in shower. The staff were very pleasant and helpful when it came to booking transfers and answering our enquires.

The second pool was undergoing deck repairs and, as they were done quickly, the pool was reopened before we left.

Location is fabulous. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants/pubs, shops and supermarket. It has two pools surrounded by a tropical garden. Sun lounges for sunbaking and covered rotundas with lounge suites for sun shy people to sit in the shade. Every apartment has a balcony area with outdoor furniture. There are laundry facilities (washers and dryers). Under building car parking. It was very quiet at night. The staff emailed me about sight seeing opportunities, dining guides, as well as offering to book airport transfers. We have returned to Hibiscus Gardens many times.

Main bedroom didn't have fly screens so couldn't open shutters because of insects.Also back pool boardwalk was being replaced so part of area couldn't be used.

Maintenance works were happening when we were there which were noisy and meant one pool was out of action. But the staff communicated that they were happening and did their best to make things as smooth as possible.

I could hear people in the room above going to the toilet. Being a corner room and facing the road was very noisy. For the first two nights we had very little sleep

Would be great if they replaced the double bed with a queen or king bed. Kitchen could do with an upgrade as well and was lacking some basic utensils (e.g. - bread board, decent large cutting knife, non-stick fry pan and tongs) and had no coffee pod machine.

Good location within walking distance of Macrossan Street (main street with shops/cafes/restaurants/pubs) and Four Mile Beach. Nice pool and barbeque area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit small as a 2 bedroom, expected a bit bigger. Having window shutters bought in a bit of noise .

Very clean apartment. The kitchen was compact, but all we needed. Loved the outdoor balcony so we could eat outside. Great having 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable beds.

Would have appreciated a heads up about the construction site next to the rooms and pool. Wasn't a great view or comfortable walk to the other side of the building.

Great stay. Perfect location, lovely and helpful staff, clean rooms. As it was a weekday and lowish season we were able to check-in earlier than expected which was highly appreciated.

Could do with some basics such as some oil for the BBQ, conditioner and hair-dryer in the bathrooms and a tissue box. . Some inconsiderate guests bring speakers to the pool. This could be better communicated that it is not OK.

I felt it was a little rude having to purchase more toilet paper once you had used your quota for your stay. You were able to hear a lot of noise from the street at night.

Excellent location and very clean. The pool was wonderful (there was two, but we only swam in the 'back" one. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Bbq directly under our balcony so yucky cooking smells all the time. Pool view- but we had to try and look under a shade sail to see the pool- misleading. Couch was rather uncomfortable to sit on

Top flight rooms aren't easy to carry heavy cases to the top. Only 2 coffee pods for 3 nights between 3 adults felt a little stingy - maybe because it was a public holiday weekend the cleaners didn't refresh or pop in to tidy over the place
