Connection with nature and the water system.

Common spaces could be a bit cleaner.

Beautiful property with so much to discover. The produce gardens were amazing, a variety of animals to meet in various paddocks, and you must wander up the hill behind the cabins for the best view in Roslyn Bay! We were a family of 4 staying in one tent using the communal cooking kitchen and eating area which worked very well. Toilet and shower facilities were well maintained. Close to everything you’d want to see between Yepoon and Emu Bay. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

    Property response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. High Valley Dawn is a regenerative farm stay that proudly embraces a nature-based, low-impact lifestyle. We understand this may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but for those looking to reconnect with nature, learn about sustainable living, and enjoy a unique off-grid experience, it offers something truly special. As we’re located on a working farm surrounded by bushland and wetlands, insects like mosquitoes can occasionally be present, especially after periods of rain. However, they are not a constant issue year-round. We provide natural repellents and encourage guests to come prepared to enjoy the full farm experience. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels. Warm regards, The High Valley Dawn Team

Location was beautiful, kids loved walking around and seeing the farm animals. The tiny home was very nice and new.

The only negative for us with young children (under 2) was there were no sides/rails on the balcony which made it less relaxing with him running around.

Right in the middle of nowhere on the farm surrounded by animals. You can also walk right the fruit and veg patch

Cotton sheets would be preferable rather than polyester. In hot conditions much better for the skin

The tranquillity of the property, with its lush and beautiful acreage, truly fosters an appreciation for the area and a deep respect for the owner's vision. The spectacular and modern mini home provided everything we needed, and the quality of the interior finishes was simply stunning. We also had access to our own outdoor BBQ. The tasteful and modern styling, along with the high-quality linen, added to the overall comfort and luxury of our stay. The convenient location, just a 5-minute drive from the beach and cafes, allowed us to easily explore the surroundings and then return to the property for relaxation. Ryko, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and kind, exceeding our expectations in every way. His passion for the environment was evident, and we look forward to our next stay at this wonderful property.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike. It was an incredible stay that provided everything we could have possibly needed and more.

Everything was perfect, from the peaceful countryside setting to the luxury tiny house that had all the essentials. So many nice touches - from the bedroom decor to the bbq on the deck. Sitting on the deck in the afternoons, enjoying the quiet with a beer, was just what I needed. The walk up the mountain for sunset was definitely a highlight—such amazing views. The forest garden tour by my host was a perfect start to the trip. And sampling the fresh produce makes you realise how important this place is. I don’t ever want to buy supermarket veggies ever again!

directions to the farm were easy to follow, the accommodation was perfect, beds super comfortable, we were taken for a walk around the farm and got to taste some of the home grown produce. Fresh fruit was provided in the tiny homes. Everyone was so friendly and available for anything we needed . such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay.
