Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

At night the music in the bar was pretty loud, but it was doable to sleep. The citycenter was a bit further away but there was a busstop nearby!
Very close to a quiet beach! Nice facilities. Bed was decent. We could drop our bags at the reception during the day after checking out, which was nice:) Nice that you could sit just outside the kitchen to eat with other people in the hostel

I asked for parking, and they said YES, but when they have shows, the public come in to park in guest parking. I had to park 200mts away

No cups or detergent provided. No air con.
Location, easy to find a park, good being able to walk straight from the room to the pub and back to the room. The room was clean. Linen provided. Considering how much a taxi would have cost to get from another motel to here I think the price is reasonable. Walk to the beach.

Hearing everything outside. Someone talking outside on the phone added to hearing everyone that walked past while not being considerate of people sleeping (after midnight until around 2am)

You could hear people talking outside of your room. Perhaps a sign to remind people that area around rooms are quiet places.
Very helpful friendly staff. The room was very clean and met our needs.

The units are a former motel and are small but fine for a solo traveller. Right next door to the pub and great pub food. Right on the beach. Safe, clean and very affordable.

No air conditioner in room the room would be freezing in Winter with all the brick wall's otherwise good overnight accommodation

The check-in , the address we were given when arrived was told to take photo of another address to pick key up from I did not get any notification from Airtrip or Booking.com not acceptable When I arrived at store to pick key up for apartment was told the code I received was decline after at least 45 mins of absolutely frustration I was told I had to ring Airtrip for a new code so the store person could give us a key in the end It was absolutely hell knowning my family from overseas were arriving any min and were going to meet us at the property Thank God we arrived like 10 mins before them at the apartment The apartment had no shower mat, no tea towel and no blankets for the sofa lounge thank god I brought my tv blanket from home You need to tend to the stove top elements they were an absolute shocker they keep turning off and on on us all the time so I would advise the owner to get them check out and also the big candle on table in lounge area needs to be replace I wanted to open lid use the next morning to find were I remove the lid it totally burnt right out to the bottom

Nothing! It was all good.
Friendly staff. The bar/resturant within the property was nice option to dine and drink and play trivia. A free lift back to bus stop was offered by the staff.
