Not much at all. The view from our room was lovely, the boats in the harbour

The room smelt terrible, a mix of stale cigarette smoke and sewerage. The bathroom was mouldy. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. The lights in the bed area don't completely turn off completely, so you are sleeping in what feels like daylight. Having said that, there's not enough light in the room to work on a computer after hours, there are two wall sconces, and one bedside table lamp. The room was a VERY long walk down stairs, no lift to all level 3 rooms. It was like a rabbit warren trying to find our room.

Great location! Best Eggs Benedict/hol and aide sauce ever!

Room smelly. Could be a lot cleaner in unit and outside on ground floor next to pool area. Mould in shower, bathroom windows sill appears never cleaned. No coffee, tea, sugar in container (lucky we brought our own), no coffee cups and had to seek from cafe. Barely any toilet paper for a 2 night stay and had to ask twice for more. Hotel never answers phone or returns calls.

Our stay was fantastic. From a lovely greeting when we arrived to the staff even helping me out with a laptop to sign some paperwork when my phone wasn't enough. The breakfast was beautiful, I recommend the omelette 😋 It has a great little bar with music, friendly service and great pizza. We will definitely be staying there again.

Location was perfect to see the theme parks which os why we went to Queensland.

TV didn't work (I'm sure they would have fixed it if I had asked but we were to busy.)

Good location and nice view over the marina.

The gym equipment is in a very poor state and half of it doesn't work at all. The gym was always locked and we were not allowed to have the code to get in. We had to contact the reception manager but the reception which was not staffed until 2pm, so we were told to ask the staff at the cafe to call the reception manager. This was a real pain.

A fantastic location in a secluded spot, close to waterways, walking paths, nearby shops. Out of the way but not isolated. The location made up for the basic facilities.

The room was not particularly well cleaned - surfaces were marked, there was some rubbish on the floor. The facilities in the room were basic at best - paper plates etc but proper crockery could be requested. The wifi was really patchy. There was one spare warm blanket but two beds. There was no hair dryer.
