Room smelly. Could be a lot cleaner in unit and outside on ground floor next to pool area. Mould in shower, bathroom windows sill appears never cleaned. No coffee, tea, sugar in container (lucky we brought our own), no coffee cups and had to seek from cafe. Barely any toilet paper for a 2 night stay and had to ask twice for more. Hotel never answers phone or returns calls.

Great location! Best Eggs Benedict/hol and aide sauce ever!

The gym equipment is in a very poor state and half of it doesn't work at all. The gym was always locked and we were not allowed to have the code to get in. We had to contact the reception manager but the reception which was not staffed until 2pm, so we were told to ask the staff at the cafe to call the reception manager. This was a real pain.

The room was not particularly well cleaned - surfaces were marked, there was some rubbish on the floor. The facilities in the room were basic at best - paper plates etc but proper crockery could be requested. The wifi was really patchy. There was one spare warm blanket but two beds. There was no hair dryer.

A fantastic location in a secluded spot, close to waterways, walking paths, nearby shops. Out of the way but not isolated. The location made up for the basic facilities.

Other patrons had left alot of rubbish around the out door pool areas. With alot of temporary housing going on

All communal areas were very dirty! Cobwebs and dirt everywhere, the carpet on the stairs wasn’t hoovered for the whole of our 11 night stay! We booked a balcony but couldn’t use it as it was filthy!

Curtains were buggered that did not cover the whole door or slide as tge fixtures was broken, there was also old spew on the back of the bathroom door

The lifts were sometimes not working - never anyone at reception- I was notified by you my check in was 9-10 the owner when I found her disputed that - however they did let me in a little earlier- some products on menus they did not have

The staff were pleasant and the bartender is friendly, a great cook and clearly is passionate to be there. Me and my manager really enjoy his hospitality and is part reason to why we return

Unfortunately the pool isn’t heated (too cold for me) but the kids weren’t bothered and still enjoyed!

Great location. Staff were so friendly and nice. Bar downstairs which does great pizzas. Laundry facilities on site so you can do washing.

Room locking system has to be the worst system I have ever come across. Its a no key system, and as it didn’t work every time a coal back I had to get staff, find them first, and get then to try before they went to get a key and let me in. Then reset and start again.

I had tried to contact the property a dozen times for a week before our stay with no answer to calls, messages, or emails.

Only a few sheets of toilet paper (no spares), no toiletries. Quite a walk from the carpark to our room.
