When we were given the check-in instructions, the real estate agency only gave us 3 of the required 4 digits which meant standing in the rain and calling the emergnecy number to help us troubleshoot (apparently it happens a lot according to the building manager).

The property is in a great location, and has great amenities. The courtyard is lovely, and the kitchen well equipped. Beds are very comfortable.

Netflix stopped working the first morning, but we were able to log in with our own account (an easy fix). There were intermittent noise issues from neighbours and pets (when left home alone), but they were manageable (and to be expected in a holiday complex). The bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but we slept fairly well considering.

Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Good layout. Kitchen was well setup. Outdoor area was comfortable. Secure under building carpark was great. Near the beach and close to the main street. Pet friendly. We would stay again.

Couldn’t use bbq; hot plates didn’t sit properly in unit and unstable. Also needed cleaning, build up of fat and grime under hot plates. Shower head in on-suite kept falling down.

Great location, modern clean and comfortable ammenities, well stocked kitchen.

Little things like: there could be a box of tissues in the bathrooms; shower cap in case I forget mine; instructions on using the Nespresso coffee machine (trial and error otherwise) without having to look them up online. More important: - The Netflix guest site was not set up, and contacting Professional Holiday Homes (who were to contact the owner/housekeeper to investigate) did not resolve this issue. - We had trouble closing the lockbox when returning the keys on departure, even though we followed instructions. It was only sheer luck that the housekeeper was taking the bins in at the time and managed to fix the lock that was stuck and therefore not functioning as it should.

Very roomy, comfortable and private. Walking distance to beach and town centre.

Husky Sands is an absolutely beautiful 2br, 2bath, apartment. The layout, furnishings, and cleanliness of the apartment is excellent! The facilities provided were prefect, clean and good quality. The description of being 5 min from the beach I feel is an overestimation as it felt closer then that. The beach is dog friendly at certain times of the day and is absolutely lovely to take your dog to to meet the locals. Huskisson town itself is an easy walking distance away. There is a walk along the bay that is easy and beautiful within easy, short walk from Husky Sands.

a few things were missed, would be good to have an AC in the second room too as it was pretty stuffy on the days we were there with the door closed. didn't have great communication from the agent/ property managers when I had a query, was never answered before check in regarding their direct booking discount even though I called and was told I'd be called back as well, and email wasn't replied to, could have been handled better. no chux, scourers or brushes in the kitchen, but we could have purchased and been reimbursed, just inconvenient. but was able to used the dishwasher for most things anyway. shower head in ensuite doesn't stay up, so pretty frustrating to shower. overall still a very nice experience. the ongoing construction mentioned wasn't too bad and didn't bother us.

great location and good that there was a dog friendly place for our furry friend near the dog friendly beach. outdoor bbq area was a bonus for a meal. Laundry was also very handy to have.

There is nothing wrong with the accommodation itself; however, construction is occurring right next door, which is quite loud. The only day that the building did not happen was Sunday. Wasnt a huge concern as we spent most of the day away from the accommodation, and by the time we returned, the tradies had finished; however, if you planned on sleeping in anytime past 9 am, this would not be likely. As mentioned, no fault for the accommodation.

Fantastic place to stay while visiting this part of the world. A few minute's walk from the ocean, the accommodation was a beautiful, modern design and highly comfortable. Being able to have the dogs on holidays was great as well. The beds were nice and comfortable plenty of room for a couple and their two collies. Located close to the centre of town most nights we walked to dinner which was great.

Main door lock was not working. During heavy wind at night, door opened slightly which led to a lot of windy noise inside the house.

Location, access and facilities were great. Beds were comfy.
