As already mentioned..the outside area ar the back needs some serious work. Update the bathroom.

The comfort and warmth. The outside area needs to be cleaned up and the bathroom could do with some renos...fan is very noisy..screen is broken. Overall, a very comfortable and clean place to stay in an excellent location. Thank you.🥰

The fan in the apartment was quite noisy. This would need to be replaced at some stage. The TV antennae would be better plugged in so that older folk like us that can't work streaming TV can watch just normal free to air channels.

The location was great due to it being so close to town central. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner and meals. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to CBD.

No designated parking so getting home late all bays are full and had to park on the verge . Also a stale smell of cigarette smoke each time you walk into the apartment . But after a while you don't notice it .

Very noisy and courtyard needs to be cleaned and tidied . No top sheet on the bed, only a heavy doona which was not suitable for the climate.

Outside area needs cleaning up. One of the reasons we picked this place we like sitting out side. No coffee but not a big deal. Needs a good clean under the bed otherwise it’s was nice and clean. They need to fix the broken glass in the bathroom. Wheelie bin overflowing when we got there. Apart from the outside and under the bed the other things are just letting you know about this.

Because it is the central city, the road noise can be heard. The blinds in the bedroom do not fully close so light from next door (which is on all night) shone into our eyes.

Location was excellent. Can walk into the city in a couple of minutes. Comfortable unit, easily accessible. Host was excellent.

2 people for 3 days and the thoughtful host provided a single teabag plus stale coffee for the plunger. But they provided five 1,000 piece jigsaws with no surface on which to use them in the slight chance we had the time. Behind the badly cracked shower door the ancient tap handles barely mustered a useable flow. One of the shelves in the kitchen is about to fall. The street number is near invisible at night. The host is as friendly as a pothole. The WiFi has minimal bandwidth
