Room was a lot smaller than the last hotel I stayed at the previous night, same price. First room was next to a dock delivery area, so wasn't able to get a good sleep, just heard loud banging and clanging cutting through my window as trolleys/carts were loaded on/off the truck. Fortunately, staff were able to move me, but can easily imagine how bad it would've been if I had to stay in the room next to that noisy dock delivery/street in the early hours.

Facilities were great, especially sauna and pool. Happy with staff relocating me to more quieter room after first room was too noisy outside during early hours.

This is a great budget option, kicking way above its weight for a Ibis! great facilities, restaurant top notch both for dinner and breakfast. Swimming pool, sauna and gym great extras. Rooms clean and functional. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

The bed was a bit cold. I asked for an electric blanket, but not available. The bedside power points did not work, so I could not charge my phone within easy reach of the bed.

Dressing gowns in the room to go to and from the pool. But this wouldn't stop me from coming again.

The overall experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was so comfy and just a lovely time to be had.

Didn’t feel soundproofed as we constantly heard what sounded like street racing on street below. Noise from traffic as well. Breakfast whilst adequate was the same every day. Variety would have been good.

Needs a vending machine or somewhere nearby to buy bottled water, drinks and snacks as not many convenience stores around. More seating near the pool area would be good for parents supervising kids in the water

Proximity to Salamanca and harbour. Easy stroll to main part of city for shopping. Even close enough to casino to walk. Pool was awesome for the kids. Restaurant and bar downstairs was fabulous. Stunning views from our room. Sky bus stop right out the front.

I didn't like the restaurant food was not good and service very poor sauna worse children should not allow I haven't even enjoy the pool and sauna disappointing very much

The hotel itself was fantastic very cosy and comfortable and very clean staff awesome the only fault I had was restaurant need to upgrade to a better service and better menu food was not that great and the pool and sauna need better signage for children not to take over everything and adults to miss out for the two nights I was staying there I went to the pool no chance it was crowded with all the kids so I went to sauna I just sat down for 5 minutes relaxing and enjoying the sauna when about 10 school girls all under 16 came running in and took over the whole sauna screaming and singing and yelling at each other it was very disappointing they even use chlorine water from the pool to put on hot rocks children should not be allowed in the sauna at all it was a very bad I reported to the manager and he said he was busy at the time otherwise he would have go up there and sort something out that was not good enough he could have send someone else to solve the issue.
