Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great close to southern cross and sky bus to Tullamarine. Cafes, restaurants and shopping mall, and strip shopping very handy. Recommend for the budget conscious traveller or a clean bed after a show or sporting event.

I like the spotlight in the toilet because I felt warm standing underneath it after shower during the winter time. The bed is comfortable. Queen size bed for single room. I like the plug points are above the table. Very convenient for me to use my laptop that time, easy for charging devices. Very near to the places I visited like Chinatown and other shops by walking. I still book this hotel again the next time I visit Melbourne.

New ZealandI was place next to the street which wasn't the quiet but it wasn't so bad you can't sleep. The hotel being under renovations at the time of checkin made unclear if I was at the correct place but this was only minor
The single room was small but clean which was the most important, it had all the basic things you need to sleep while you spend your time out and about. Location was excellent being only a short walk to southern cross station and easy access to many food places and trams.
