Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

To be honest there was nothing that I didn't like about our stay. This will be a lot better when all works are done and hopefully will be done before the good weather comes. We had no kids, but we thought that if we come back with the kids that we would stay here. Plenty of things for the kids to do,
It was just bad timing for us; there was a lot of renovations going on at the time of our stay. The room i thought was very good, Staff were very good and accommodating. Breakfast was the best. $20 per person for a buffet breakfast, Hot and Cold. it would cost you more to go out and eat. Everything was freshly cooked.

We had a room on Campbell Street and the traffic felt like it was in our room and it kept us awake all night, next time we will ask for a room to the back of the property.

Bed was really uncomfortable, I know we got a budget room as it was just for a quick stopover on our trip but the bed was terrible. The mattress was too hard, worst sleep we’ve ever had in a motel.
Location was good. Affordable price, spacious room.

Booked a room with queen and single, we ended up with a king bed only, which was ok in the end, but not what we actually booked. Didn’t bother speaking to reception about it as my daughter wasn’t worried about sleeping with me in the end.
Staff were welcoming at check in and check out.

Despite being clean and comfy, the room was tired. Could do with a good update. I had a room that faced the road and traffic, particularly in the early-mid evening could be loud. Maybe next time l would request a room out the back.
Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean. Shower had really good pressure and didn’t take a month of sundays to come through. Room was within walking distance of both eating and Pioneer Village

There was no coffee in the room, only tea. The staff very willingly provided some when asked. The stairway & walkway to the room were very stained and needed a high speed clean to get rid of the stains

The noise from the main road was really bad. Really hard to sleep, and yet we live on a main road at home.
The location to the train station, shopping, Pioneer Village/light show is excellent. The facilities at the resort, especially the indoor pool and the mini golf was excellent. BbQ facilities, excellent. Shower was hot. The young man at the check-in counter was very knowledgeable of local tourist spots. Very friendly and was happy to help. Room was spacious and clean.

The resort has a lot of potential, but it would really benefit from some updates and maintenance, as parts of it feel a bit worn and dated as many of reviews already stated - so it was not a surprise.
Comfortable room, decent beds. Indoor and outdoor pools, a table tennis... overall it is good for entertainment of kids
