Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Stairs. Shower over bath. Some of the dishes were dirty. Only 2 pillows with no choice. Neither my partner nor I can sleep on high pillows. Both ended up with neck and upper back niggles.
Self contained with added bonus of washing machine and dryer. Separate bedroom and lounge

The place needs some TLC as it is getting very tired. There are some maintenance issues that I have passed onto the owner, but in general we were very happy here.
The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. The View was magnificent.

The frogs are loud! Being from Sydney it was a noise hard to get used to.
Perfect location for our stay needing to be in this part of noosa. Short walk to restaurants, shopping and cafes

Nothing..all good.
Lovely, well presented apartment overlooking the pond/water feature and swimming pools. Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a holiday. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good communi cation with owner ( who went out of their way to bring us a sink plug which appeared to be missing). Would stay again.

Kitchen doesn’t have fan for little cooking.

Only thing that was missing that I would’ve liked is a hair dryer.
Nice & light. Lots of extras to cook & wash etc ( not that we were there long enough to use them). Great facilities- pools, jumping pillow and cafe

Although the apartment was dated, it was good value for money, although pool towels, a dishcloth and small shampoo and conditioner, would have made it easier, particularly as a traveller.
The location of the apartment in the resort was great, central to all amenities and yet relaxing and fun. Noosaville has a lovely relaxing vibe, with cafes, restaurants and shops, not to mention the ferry from Tewantin to Hastings St, only 15 mins walk away.

Lounge was a little uncomfortable for long seating. No oven facility so maybe add an air-fryer but that is all I can add to this property. The constant smell of other guests bbq but that was just jealousy :)
A stand-alone townhouse accommodation was refreshing rather than a unit. Large complex but the noise level was very quiet. Enjoyed the serenity of all the palm trees and looking out to the pond and pool was beautiful. Loved the water filter in the kitchen. Handy feature having Netflix on the tv to fill in your down time too.

Apartment is well equipped but quite dated with items that need repair/attention. Eg kitchen tap loose, mould on shower curtain and around the bath. Guest information booklet out of date.
Location was good for getting around the Noosa area. The apartment location was good with a view over the lagoon and tennis court. Bed comfortable, good night's sleep. Resort complex was good. Check in good, collecting keys from lock box very easy and straightforward.

Would prefer an oven in the kitchen.

The WiFi/internet access was poor in the unit however it was fairly poor throughout the whole complex.
Great location and facilities within the complex. Nice views of the pools. Had everything we needed for a 6 day stay. Close enough to the beach.

Neighbours telephone calls were quite loud and intrusive.
Lovely apartment in a well kept resort. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Had some great days out locally (Noosa Head National Park, Kin Kin walking trail, Mt. Coolum, Tinbeerwah look out, several beaches) and further afield (Fraser Island, Cotton Tree Pier paddle boarding)
