We've stayed here several times over the years and this time we didn't realise which motel it was otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. For several years there has been no staff member on the premises, unlike the first time we stayed there. It was quiet while we were there. Wifi was slow. It is shabby and basic, not worth the money we paid. The following night we stayed in a different town and had a much nicer room at a much better price.

The motel is in the middle of town.

Was reserved for 2 adults but only had 1 chair in the room and this was broken. The fan didn't work, and the AC struggled. Was no power points within reach of the bed so my partner was not able to use his Cpap machine

There is obviously a maintenance problem. The bed was missing a wheel which made it saggy and slope down on one side. the powerboard also had a power point that didn't work.

This is only trivial, but I would have liked to see at least two towel drying rails and two robe hooks in the bathroom

The location of this property was great, it is in close proximity to everythong we needed in Innisfail. The property was clean and well kept. The staff that I laised with in relation to my arrival time was super helpful and accommodating, on that alone we'll definately be using these guys again in the future.

The were ants around the door, the shower leaked, the towel rail keeps falling off, the washbasin kept filling up.

The room was clean. Other than the issues noted below, the stay was OK.

Didn't like the young boy riding his scooter back and forwards past our room and being very cheaky when I asked him not to do it as my husband was still asleep and he has Cancer.

Lovely lady running two buildings and being very accommodating. However, bed was very uncomfortable, air conditioner very noisy.

Having to go to another location to get the key and then go back to the hotel we were staying in. Little inconvenient but not a deal breaker. However the worst part of staying here was the noise! First night was a party where music and laughing went until morning. Second night there was an alarm going off just over the road at 2 am. This was followed by the neighbours having what sounded like an argument at 3am with one knocking on the door/window to be let back inside for about half an hour. Very little sleep over the whole weekend. Wouldn't stay here again due to the amount of noise which is unfortunate as the location was good. Manager was very nice when checking in, and motel although older was clean.

There were mirrors on the ceiling! Which gave the place a seedy feeling. Dated interior. Very noisy drunks sleeping rough in the Chinese temple next door to the motel. Air conditioning not working, so were moved next door . Where one of the lights didn't work.

The location was central, opposite a small shopping centre with supermarket and very close to restaurants.

Everything was fine but my only comment was on the shower that i think it was really hot for me when taking a shower.

I really like how the rooms were divided with a huge comfortable bed that makes me wanna dream every night. with a good looking bathroom.
