Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I can't find fault at all with this property from our stay there.
I had misplaced the code for the lock box, so I messaged the owner and they came straight back with the code fortunately! There was great communication and the little homely touches were much appreciated.

It was an unforgettable experience, the location was easy to find, the surroundings were quiet and the parking space was very close to the room The small courtyard is very nice, the keys are very easy to get, the door is just like home, the room is well laid out, the decoration is exquisite, and the facilities are very good, including coffee machine, toaster and so on The information provided by the landlord was very comprehensive and timely, which allowed us to have a very perfect stay experience

1. The lounge smells. The fabric/cover needs a good wash. 2. Shower curtain is not long enough so the water gets everywhere making the floor slippery.
The room is tidy and has all the facilities we need. Netflix is available which is awesome. Owner was very kind to provide all the info that we need to know before arrival.

Maybe instructions for some of the appliances would be useful, but we managed ok.
Quiet setting, clean and comfortable. Good level of equipment, we found everything we needed in the apartment. The hot tub area was secluded, clean and calming.

Very dusty, daughter had to dust round bedside tables, the bedside lights are full of dust, furniture was dusty and we cleaned outside tables and chairs. Complimentary coffee was solid in the jar. Fridge wasn't very clean. Hot water ran out every night on the fourth shower. He did say he was looking into the water situation. Need to sort out the cleaner as the toilet area hadn't been cleaned probably since last season. Beds were very hard even the kids complained they were hard 5 & 8
Quite near to the main town. Big apartment and the spa was a bonus. A lot of electrical appliances to use and it was great that there was washing liquid/washing detergent/shower products etc. The owner was very good in helping me out when hot water ran out.

The rubber seal at the bottom of the shower door caused an issue with water from the shower getting out. Once i pushed it back in place then it was fine.
i had the wrong code to open the lock box. Contacted the owner & was given the right code & it opened immediately.

With all the rain that’s been, and puddles on the saturated land, there were extraordinary numbers of mozzies that just didn’t let up. With it being a natural phenomena, we managed quite ok - it was just frustrating to begin with.
The property was so clean and tidy, and so many little extra homely touches that really made the (short number of) hours we spent in the unit exceptional.

They could improve the cleaning

If we didn’t have to clean microwave, air fryer and eating utensils, may have been ok. And couple of the sleeping pillows were stay and smelly.
No breakfast, but the location was good.
