It was supposed to be two queen bed rooms however only one queen bed and the rest were singles. Disappointing as we had two couples with children. Also one of the single bed was broken.

The resort facilities were lovely. Black swans at your door. Nice pool and spa and bbq area. The room itself was run down and not as advertised.

The innersprung single beds were uncomfortable with the springs digging into you. We were there 3 nights and didn't sleep at all well. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each toilet, and not necessarily full rolls. We ran out but couldn't get any more when we requested more on the Sunday as the office isn't manned. I have stayed in paid accommodation before, and there is always a spare roll. I'm not sure if that's the norm for this place. I did email Management about the beds, toilet paper, and a leak we had under the kitchen sink, causing a lot of water to pour onto the floor. We fixed it ourselves and have informed Management via email as it was Sunday night. The beds were really the main issue. The rest of the place is awesome.

The unit had everything we needed. The view across the water is exceptional. We were given an upgrade as we had a last minute traveller. Rather than give us a rollaway bed, we were put into a 4 bedroom unit rather than a 3. I was very appreciative of this.The BBQ area, pool and spa are clean and tidy. I thought it was a quiet spot despite hearing the odd plane taking off. They were not very loud and the noise didn't last long.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly. The unit could do with a little TLC but it was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Cracker crumbs throughout the unit. Blinds didn't block any of the light. Old cracked tiles in bathroom. Wet towel left in bath. Welcome letter stated you could borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but when we tried the young lady didn't know where there were kept.

Cathy at the front desk was very friendly. Close to shopping mall and freeway.

Really old property. Needs a major uplift. On the first night we realised that the property had 4 light globes that weren't working. The mattress for the extra bed was horrendous. Furniture and fittings were broken or just about hanging on. NO WIFI - advertised as free wifi.

However on the other hand the house was not clean and everything is very dated. Money is needed to upgrade the facilities to its former glory - I would then happily stay again

The facilities were great, main pool was enjoyed by the whole family, it was lovely and quiet, it was close to the shopping centre, great location, loved overlooking the lake, we were lucky to be upgraded to have our own swimming pool so we appreciate that. The staff were lovely too and yes thank goodness the sheets were clean but.....

The property was a little tired but clean. No wifi in individual units, wifi only available at the reception area.

No air-conditioning - we were not aware when we booked that there would not be air-conditioning. This made it very hard as the house was very hot when we arrived and throughout our stay.. The ceiling fans at times were not enough to keep us cool. This would stop us from rebooking in the future. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were not clean. We were left a letter upon arrival to feed fish in the back pond - they were found to be dead and floating when we got there.

Close to the shops and a 5 minute drive to the beach and a great playground for the kids. 2 Great pools - the kids had a great time there. House was spacious and had 3 comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful location.

House was old and timber skirting was falling apart in some areas, blinds were also all broken. Only one small split system air conditioner downstairs so quite hot upstairs/in summer.

The water pipes were unsettlingly loud whenever someone showered, but you get used to it. We also ran out of a few basic supplies/ not enough toilet paper and cleaning supplies were provided for a group of our size.

It was good value for money. The townhouse was clean and spacious for a big group.

That the outside ties were very slippery when they were wet my grandson slipped and bruised his elbow .the water ran thru the garage .and it was a bit disappointing that the restaurant was close all the time

The resort was close to the motorway .it was nice to be in a gated community. We enjoyed the swans coming up to the unit .

Too hot in the bedrooms. The amenities were very basic and light on, and the space was sparsely furnished, tired, dated and impersonal. There was nothing comfortable or cosy. The townhouse didn't have wifi so you had to hotspot off your mobile for wifi or TV, and the marketing didn't make this clear.

It is a quiet, peaceful and convenient location with a good price. Nice pool.
