We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaWe had to make our own beds and strip the beds before leaving which we did not expect and felt that should have be included in the price. It was a bit inconvenient that the key collection and returns was not in the building and we had to drive to a real estate agent.
Apartment was a little dated but clean, tidy and comfortable. Although we didn't have the best view it was a good location, close to the beach, parks, shops and take aways. Nice family friendly vibe.

AustraliaVery small tv with bad digital reception, small 2 person lounge that was not comfortable. Not great when looking to do some R and R over a break. Could use wifi but that’s not a deal breaker.
Good location, unit clean and lock up garage. Unit was reasonable value for money except for didn’t likes below.

AustraliaThe cleaners could probably put in a bit more effort. No one likes to turn up and then have to wipe out microwaves and clean off benches or get rubbish out of cupboards. The note on the fridge about not turning it down was annoying as it was clearly not pulling down that well. Might want to get that looked at.
The location was great. The unit was comfortable and functional.
