Only minor fault was that you could not view free to air stations on the TV.

The property had plenty of room (3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms) and was very comfortable. The owners had obviously put a lot of thought and expense into renovating the property. The kitchen was very well stock and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.

Shower in main bathroom would be better with a screen that prevented water spraying into the bathroom area needing mopping after each use. Side table in front double bedroom would have been useful.

Tammy was incredibly helpful. The property is amazing and the rooms are a great size. The whole property inside and out was very clean. It was within walking distance to shops/cafes etc. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that, due to how busy our weekend was, we didn't have time to enjoy the property.

We had to go to a wedding that started at 2:30pm, I asked if we could check in early so we could get dressed, and being told yes was wonderful.

The house was absolutely stunning. Older style cottage that has been renovated beautifully. Immaculate clean. Located close to pubs for a meal and to the centre of town. Very quite as well, with no traffic noise. The best place I have stayed for a long time and certainly the best accommodation in Cessnock. highly recommended. Tammy is a great host, very good communication and easy to get access to house etc.

Outside TV did not appear to have an aerial connected even thought there was a cable connected. No free to air channels available. Minor issue only

Finishings in the house were excellent, attention to detail. Outside seating area was great, perfect spot with a light breeze meandering through.

The house was a beautiful older house which had been beautifully furnished and decorated, with sky-lights providing lots of natural lighting. The house was also air-conditioned in the main area, with fans in the bedroom so we could keep cool at night. It was in a great location with only a short drive to the wineries and breweries in the area, and a short drive to the supermarkets and shops. The house was great value for the money we paid, and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

The 3 bedroom house is 12 km from Polkobin and 2 streets from the main Cessnok town - including Woolworths, Coles, Big W, McDonald's, KFC, and Taco Bell. Attention to detail in the house are truly impressive, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The half-covered outdoor area is a delightful space that even includes a digital piano. The bedding and linens are exceptional. Christmas trees surrounded throughout the property, which provide a nice barrier from the main road. Once inside, you truly feel sheltered and at home. Overall, this accommodation comes highly recommended.

There was a delay in gettig the code for the lock box and I had to eventualy text the host to get this code which they shared after 30 mins of me texting.

The house was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable and it was a great location for vineyards!

Absolutely amazing accommodation. A hidden gem, located in a general suburban street, and yet you feel like you're hidden away in your own little part of the world. Features beautiful vintage decor throughout the house, from an authentic vintage dial phone that actually works, to a classic clawfoot tub perfect to soak in after a long day. The entertaining area set up outside looks great, with blankets included to keep warm outdoors. Inside there is a heating unit that flows well through all rooms, or cosy up next to the fireplace in the sitting room.
