Austraalia9 arvustust„Good clean and comfortable location but be aware it is a B&B and they are hard to contact.”We were not aware that it was a B&B (privately owned rooms in the hotel complex and only found out on arrival as it is part of the mantra hotel. The pool was nice, but half of the chairs were broken. There was no-one at either of the desks that had anything to do with the B&B and it was all be phone with someone who was hard to understand, the connection was terrible. After 5 days we asked for clean towels and replenishment of tea and coffee satchels but were told they did not replenish these, and we got charged for the towels, these might be minor points but annoying. Getting the keys from the lock box while trying to deal with luggage was difficult as there were two keys and two key cards, somehow we lost one key and have been charged for it.
There was no breakfast. The location was really good. The room was comfortable, all areas of interest and food etc. were easily reached.

Austraalia14 arvustust3 hinnatud abistavaks„Very pleasant stay..location excellent!”There was no staff to contact direct, it was all done via a property management who were helpful, but it had to be done online via chat. The pool was shared with the hotel next door, so became quite crowded, with limited seating. A lot of the seats needed replacing as they were starting to fall apart. Also there was no rail to steady yourself getting up and down the deep steps, to hold on to, thus I slipped on the bricks at the edge of the pool where the water was pooling, hurting myself. The pool belongs to the hotel, not the apartments. We thought when booking we were staying at a hotel!
The location was excellent. Very clean, quiet, free wifi, good size room, and comfortable bed.Good aircon which was a must with Darwin’s heat and humidity! Just a 3 minute walk from a variety of restaurants supermarket and bars and you could easily walk to other shops in the city. The waterfront park was just across the road with lovely view of the ocean and beautiful trees, plus a children’s playground a short walk through the park. There was a small fridge and initial coffee/tea and milk supplied, a kettle in the room, also a couple of glasses, crockery and cutlery for two, for eating takeaways. Parking on street was available and we booked paid lockup parking at the hotel next door The pool was also shared with the Hotel next door. So became quite crowded with limited seating outside. Austraalia1 arvustus„Excellent stay, everything went smoothly, centrally located and accomodation well equipped”The pillows were a bit flat. The emails were a little annoying.
The location was central to a lot of things. Could be quite noisy with the backpackers behind but not really a nuisance as the music was quite good.
