Car parking for more than two cars was very tight. Second & 3rd bedrooms have no air-conditioners for heating in the cooler months. Not enough adequate storage for a prolonged stay.

The location was great. The potential to bring the family dog if needed. Facility had everything for a prolonged stay. Over all, very good.

Amazing pet friendly home and location! Really enjoyed our extended stay as we awaited settlement on our home ! Kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook so It really felt like a home away from home !! The deck area is lovely for a morning coffee and to see the passing boats ! Melanie and Verena also organised a mid stay clean, the gardens maintained weekly . Exceptional on all fronts !

Location of the house was easy to find and close to the beach and cafes with a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was lovely and clean and made for the perfect place for a family catch up. It had everything we needed including a big backyard for the dogs! The house is older but was styled with modern furniture and gave a lovely laid back vibe. Communication was also very easy with the hosts and they made sure we had a great stay quickly replying to any of our messages.

This was our first family holiday with our baby. The house was equipped with a cot, and the main bedroom was spacious enough even when the cot was set up. So much cupboard space in the main bedroom. It was also equipped with a high chair. The older children loved the big back yard and were able to kick the football around.

We didn’t like that the window was so open on the side where the units were as we could see straight into their bathroom and people could see us. A tinted blind or tinted window would go perfect there to make us/others more comfortable and kept private.

We liked the coastal feel the house gave and how comfy the couch, bed and pillows are omg!

We took our dog and while she is in inside dog she loves getting out in the yard to sunbake…. So good to have a fully enclosed back yard and we didn’t have to worry about her getting out

The property needs a good clean and maintenance review. The floors were dirty and we found a used dirty pipe cone in main bedroom. The light and fan in the main bedroom is not working, with remote missing. This was reported and the property manager was quick to respond however the remote was missing so it was unable to be fixed and we needed to use a lamp for our stay. The broken light is likely the reason why the room wasn't cleaned properly, not sure why the cleaner didn't report this? They had plenty of time to do this as we could not check in until 3pm. Side table in the main bedroom is barely holding together. Multiple cigarette butts on the ground near the back door. The non slip bath mat was muddy and gross, but the shower/bath was slippery so we had to use it so we didn't slip. Gaps under the house meant our little dog could not play unsupervised due to the risk of him getting under the house. The back door area needs to be mopped as it was filthy. No lock on the back screen door, and only having a screen door (no wooden door) meant we could not leave our dog out there securely or kept warm in the cold weather. Does not feel like value for money as the 3pm check in, followed by a 10am check out feels like a rip off.

Adequately sized house with a good size yard in a quiet neighbourhood. Good walking distance to most things.

The keys that we had COULD NOT unlock the bedroom windows or the main windows in the kitchen. If there was a fire NO WAY would we be able to get out of those rooms. The set of keys that we had couldn't undo any of those windows. VERY DANGEROUS. The outdoor chair on the deck had broken legs and unsafe to sit on. The picture of the downstairs area that looked beautiful were false. To even attempt to get downstairs the rail was hidden with undergrowth. The cement path was steep and slippery. The game table couldn't be used because the equipment was missing. Everything wet from run off and smelt. Over growth everywhere out the front and back and overtaking the plant at the front door. If you were an older person there was no rail to even get to the front door from the car down below.

Cleaning and maintenance needs more attention. We were unable to retrieve lost property even though we knew exactly where our items were left and notified promptly.
