Everything was spotless but the towels were thinner than my 40-year-old towels at home, the toilet leaked, the tap on the kitchen sink leaked, there was no air con in the bedroom, no smoke detector anywhere, the TV had only 4 channels (no ABC or SBS) and it pixellated so badly it may as well have been a Kandinsky painting. Trying to set up the pedestal fan was a struggle as the only power point was behind the bunk beds.
The location is excellent. Having a whole suite was a bonus. The staff were delightful. The shower was perfect.

Large bedroom, large bathroom. Very clean apartment - Tiled floors (no mucky carpets!). Beds and mattress incredibly comfortable. Outdoor areas and pool area very clean and tidy. Laundry on site. Quiet. Close to the CBD, Esplanade, Lagoon, Shopping Centre and Restaurants and Cairns Central Bus Station (Bus Service is fantastic!). Maria and her staff are brilliant - friendly and helpful.

A table and chairs would have been welcome and perhaps a bench for luggage in the bedroom. A plug in the bathroom sink is essential. Because of the stairs, with no lift, property not accessible.
A very spacious apartment, right in the heart of the city. Easy walk to everything.

The room was huge and the beds were very comfy. The location was central so we were able to walk everywhere. It was extremely hot during our stay but the old air conditioners and fans did the trick. Maria in reception was lovely and let us leave our bags while we waited for the room to be ready.

The location is the best. The staff very helpful and kind. The room was ok but it needs maintenance. The shower and the bobbin from the kitchen was very noisy. Overall it was good.
