Wish I could have stayed longer!

Exactly as advertised, quaint and cute, perfect for a solo getaway from the city. Lovely hosts with helpful local restaurant recommendations.

Rain, but we still made the most of it. Obviously that's not controllable.

The tiny house was so cute! Was enough room, very good use of space. Loved the surrounds and love Plamwoods. The animals were gorgeous!

The hosts were super friendly and sent very easy instructions on locating the tiny home on the property. It was very well kept, clean and had everything you could ever need and more. The hosts brought over some carrots and allowed us to feed the animals on the property before we checked out which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this to friends and would definitely book again.

It was not an issue for us as we are short but the headroom for the bed space might be an issue for taller people. Other than that the property is excellent.

Kookaburra tiny house is perfect escape from city life with being still close to shops and good tourist destinations. It’s so peaceful that you can hear the birds and see the stars at night!

I was a bit shocked about the toilet as it wasn’t stated anywhere on anything that there would be an eco-toilet, but it’s a minor issue and didn’t really impact our stay.

It was a beautiful escape to the country. The facilities were exceptional and beautiful. It was perfect for a weekend away.

The view is very nice, we had a lot of nice pictures around the area. We love fire camp and they got the firepit just in front of the cabin, which is a plus.

Catherine and John were very accommodating. Especially when checking in and checking out as we were holiday goers. The cabin was very nice and intimate and if you're looking to unwind and unplug and just want to relax this is a great place to do it with a bonus of being on a farm near nature and animals. Cabin was clean definitely wished we could have stayed longer 100% recommend we will be back. Leo and Stephanie

Relaxed and peaceful place amongst hobby farm animals and wildlife. The tiny home is absolutely gorgeous. This was our first tiny home stay and we are definitely coming back!

John and Catherine are amazing hosts. We were invited by their to spend Christmas together and we were so happy to have this experience. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Especially the peace and nature around you is a highlight. By car you can reach wonderful beaches on the Sunshine Coast within 25 minutes. We can only recommend this accommodation and enjoyed the stay very much!

The compost toilet system works but it extract the smell to the outside, so sometimes smells bad.

We had such a beautiful stay. Home is so cute and cosy. Sitting outside at sunset with the fire going was lovely. The Hosts provided everything we needed and ensured we could contact if required. Our stay felt mostly private but we didn’t realise from the ad that there was another house so close. Overall we still really enjoyed it though!

This tiny home was beautifully appointed inside, and although within the vicinity of a few other residences on the property I had my own quiet secluded space, just what I needed. Loved the firepit and wood/kindling left out for me, and privacy respected by the hosts. Thankyou!
