Location was cool, spa bath in the main room was a nice touch.

No communication about our car park change ending in some entitled old couple swearing at us in the car park. If we had of been informed that our car park had been given away we could have clarified that we don’t fit downstairs. Communication is key. Hallway music in reception was left on all night on Sunday night blasting music into our room all night.

Our first room was very near construction so very noisy. However, the Manager was more than helpful and moved our room. Couldn't fault the service.

A little more attention to cleaning in some areas like in corners could be considered.

Communication was excellent. Our room was on the first floor but easy access via the lift. The view of the bay and boardwalk was really great. Facilities were as described and spacious. Parking was secure and undercover.

The approach into and out of the car parking is across a pavement with people walking along. Car parking was tricky for me as space is small and I have a ute. On checking out i asked if I could leave my car for a few hours as the Sunday markets were on and parking is limited. Not a problem at all when I asked at reception.

The view is amazing to wake up to. Location excellent could not be any better.

We stayed in room 104. It was very clean and tidy. Lovely view of the water from the balcony. Very comfortable king bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and take away places. Plenty of easy walking to Golden Beach, Bullcock beach and Kings beach. Very quiet at night with a washing machine and dryer with iron and ironing board. We stayed for 3 nights and could have easily stayed for a week.

Not much but if I had to say anything, the lift was probably the slowest lift I have ever encountered in my life haha and the car park be aware that the carpark clearance height is only 1.9 metres.

The view from the ocean front room was excellent and the unit was conveniently located directly adjacent to the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach. The building itself was a little dated but the entire facility was very clean, smelled nice and the room was well appointed.

The mat in the living area was quite grubby, the blinds frayed, the balcony furniture rusted etc....really needs an update.

The loction cannot be beaten, fabulous view and there is off street parking. Although the property is of a certain era, and certainly dated, it was clean and comfortable and generally well presented. The cafe downstairs is fabulous.

We didn’t like the unit’s decor, it was old and wouldn’t take much to modernise it a bit, hot plate was rusted

The toilet was very low, particularly as we were an older couple. Floor rugs under the bed and in lounge room were free floating and presented as trip hazard if not careful moving around the room.
