Bit noisy as it’s close to the main road. Laundry floor needs better cleaning in corners. Front door needs to be better sealed as it’s very cold and drafty in the cold weather. Would appreciate some new fry pans as they were not great to cook with. Shared wall with front villa is very easy to hear the neighbors which wasn’t ideal when trying to sleep.

Great location with lovely views, cosy, very comfortable beds, great bathroom. Excellent communication from the hosts.

We had our little dogs with us, we managed to fashion a “fence” to keep them on the deck, so a gate would be really great to make it dog friendly.

Very well set up inside. Lovely bathroom products. Loved the wine left for us and proper milk. Beds were very comfortable.

Nothing important - the terrace was perhaps a little difficult to use throughout the day because the umbrella seemed to be needing a bit of repair. This is a very small point, though.

The location was great and the place was really comfortable and convenient. Communication was also fantastic. It's a great place to stay and we plan to come back!

We had a self-catering villa, so breakfast was not provided. However, the beautifully appointed kitchen, which had all necessary appliances, was stocked with some goodies for us on arrival, plus a welcoming bottle of wine - all of which were much appreciated. We had a couple of decks and a lovely outlook over a green park to Lake Daylesford. We could walk around the lake via our park. The decor was great - modern, sophisticated. The bathroom the same with nice toiletries, etc. It was cold outside when we were there, but we were lovely and cosy inside our Lake Como Villa.

Needs a new frypan, non stick

Stayed her for 2 nights for a girly getaway. The house was magnificent. Everything you needed and more was supplied from coffee machine to the lovely toiletries. Cannot fault a single thing. The accomodation was lovely and cozy, beds were so comfy, and cleanliness was top shelf. Facing on to the lake made for a perfectly relaxing holiday. Would definately recommend it for couples or friends getaway.

The house had an unpleasant odour when we arrived. The scatter cushions and throw rugs were not clean and there were dog hairs throughout even all over one of the bed throws. Even though this is a dog friendly house, it was not pleasant to be cleaning it before we could comfortably enjoy it.

The villa shares a wall with the studio next door, and unfortunately there is no/very little sound proofing so you can hear the neighbour's TV quite clearly from the bedrooms. This also made us paranoid about how much noise our 4 year old was making running across the floorboards.

The location and amenities were absolutely wonderful. House was nicely styled, looked like something out of a magazine!

The duct-ed heating system was noisy and not easily managed but the reverse cycle unit was good. The trucks driving past shake the room.

The main road is close and the vibration of trucks can be felt in bedrooms. Had to use a white noise app to block out noise, but lights sleepers would still feel the large trucks passing by. Neighboring property has an outdoor fireplace, which would be an excellent touch to this place.

Rooms well appointed, easy access, spacious room, spacious bathroom, stone throw to walking track that goes around the lake. Well appointed functional kitchen, nice set of lounge chairs on the patio.
