Very out dated exterior, there were also 3 small holes in a wall in the room that were stuffed with tissue. Gaps around where the air-conditioning unit was fixed to the wall, which you could hear the wind whistling through.

The room was decent size, comfortable beds.

Cleanliness- some rubbish and dust in behind the bedside table. The toilet holder in the bathroom was hanging off and the bathroom looked tired.

The bowls were dirty, like the previous people had just rinsed them and they hadn't been replaced with fresh ones. There is no kitchen sink, so I had to wash them in the bathroom sink before use. I ended up washing all the cutlery, plates, etc, because I didn't trust that any of them were clean.

The couch isn’t very comfortable. Heater in bedroom isn’t very warm and the air con in lounge is a bit noisy (but kept the room warm so not really a problem).

The bed was really comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Lovely to be right on the lake.

Was shocked when on arrival property looks very old & not inviting Room inside looked like it had not long been painted & new carpet which was nice & very clean bathroom with spa was lovely new & clean they are really trying to make the rooms nice the big TV was a bonus but unfortunately it’s a shame the outside for first impression was not good I thought the pricing was quite expensive as the photos look amazing

No sink to fill up the kettle had to use the toilet sink which isn't good hygiene. Wifi was very slow and kept going off most of the time we were there and the TV. Slow customer service not being able to provide toilet paper etc straight away when requested.

The shower whilst looking brand new didn’t have much hot water during peak time.

Lakeside is wonderful value for money, fantastic location for what was needed. The Staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating.

It would have been great to have a sink in the Kitchenette area. A larger bin would be a good idea. Another mirror in the room would be helpful. One of the dispensers was broken but staff gave us another bottle.

The size of the room was fabulous. Having a little meals area was great. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Smell of unit upon entry. Wet carpet in places without explanation of why/where the water came from. Strong odour beside and around fridge area. Beds very uncomfortable (need updating). No HOT water in the morning for a shower or bath (ran water for at least 10mins and still no hot water). Mould around bath silicone/tiled area. Bathroom vanity utilised as both a hand wash basin from toilet, washing dishes and brushing teeth situated outside of bathroom and in kitchen. Minimal extra bedding/ blankets/pillows. Not enough parking for amount of units on site. Entire unit needs updating.

Lake/water view was nice. Easy late check in.
