Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaFirstly I'll say I'm a travel agent and have travelled as an agent and personally for 45 years. I have stayed in backpackers to 6 star. I think this is one of the worst places I have slept in. The queen bed has a dip the size of a walrus. I had my disabled sister with me and she was very, very uncomfortable and extremely sore every morning. There is so much dirt and dust between the batons of the queen bed head and end. The two singles are also both terrible. Get rid of them and buy some decent beds and mattresses. Essentially, I'm paying to sleep somewhere - this should be the top priority of a property. I slept in both single beds... both terrible. I could hardly move each morning. The place is clean on the surface. I moved the coffee table with the magazines under the window, as I couldn't reach to open it and dirt and bugs underneath. Tell the cleaner to clean under things... found a broken charger cable under one single bed so obviously wasn’t cleaned under there. There should be at the very least, ceiling fans.. the fans they provide also disgusting... full of dust, rusty and inadequate. Nice touch that the windows at the front, which would provide good ventilation, are screwed down. The vertical blinds, window screens and windows are so filthy that when I opened the vertical blinds to open the window, a pile of dirt/dust dropped on the bed. The window runners are all filled with dirt as are the screens. Oh and please tell people if they need to bring toilet paper... one roll for 2 adults for 3 days isn't enough. All these reasons make it not a nice place to stay. I have photos of everything I've said. Appalling.
It's across the road from the beach and a 10 min walk to the patrolled beach. It was very quiet.

AustraliaNO AIR-CONDITIONING.. NO WIFI (no radio provided. Free to air television only) Was told that McDonalds has free WIFI if I wanted Wifi - 8 minute drive from accommodation. NO CEILING FANS. 3 floor fans provided. Only 1 worked properly... a 30cm blade pedestal fan. 1 of the provided fans didn't work at all.1 was useless. No extension cord to position the ONE fan where you might want it. Bedroom was VERY HOT during the day therefore, midday naps were not possible. Had to leave all doors and curtains open at night for the occasional breeze, which meant I was woken up just after 4 each morning with the sunrise. On holidays you want to be able to sleep in!!! If the wind wasn't blowing, it was bloomy HOT!!! No coffee or milk. Linen was extra charge....ummm...accommodation is for you to sleep and bath at!!!! Only 1 toilet paper roll for a week's accommodation for two people was provided. A used chux was left for kitchen use. Used soap. Shower head fixed to wall....not adjustable therefore anyone around 6 foot has to bend down to get under water stream. No pool. Timer knob missing from the oven. We were very disappointed especially as the price was not cheap and this was our major Christmas holiday. In our opinion, 2 star accommodation at a 4 star price.
Location was great. Balcony good. Furniture was good.
