I felt the bathrooms were bit dirty. They kind of smelled The lounge door lock was broken as well. It was good we were on top floor so no one could get it in but overall an amazing place to stay. Location is a hit. It felt like home

No privacy if you used the deck , looked directly into a roof top car park, which was not the best, was not clean sadly, can see through sheer curtains , opposite a busy shopping centre, roof top lights are bright, needs an additional curtain over the lovely sheer one, was not given any welcome documents in the room for facilities, shelving for tv unit was not finished being put together , no instructions on how to use the stove , worked it all out but had to find the wall switch and work out how to use the touch system, may not be easy for some. No full length mirror , one in bathroom is nice just not good for smaller height people. It’s very modern and seems new ( may be wrong) just needs the kinks worked out and it will be great.

Very poor rating As far as light flooding into the apartment The lounge curtains very flimsy they let all the light in at night Very thin roller blinds again allowing all the flood light lights in The curtains in the room allowing light in from the top You pay a bit under $250 a night to get a poor nights sleep In addition there is in building one lights that activate all night waking you Fix the light intrusion / spillage That will give you a much higher rating I was asked for comments I have given it

Stains on carpet and marks on the walls in the unit.
Good location and everything i needed. We booked a studio so street parking. However they offered us undercover near the lift. As I was having a hip replacement as the hospital the accommodation was handy. And the carpark was next to the lift.

Lighting in main bedroom & dining room lounge area was so bad but bright in all other bedrooms & other bathroom! Gets very cold. Also had a loud exhaust fan going in laundry & first lot of staff didn't help. Fire alarms go off & exacuations common whoch is really annoying. No real instructions given. So many keys etc which is also annoying. Also having to empty own bins very annoying. Aircon loud too.

My room was small. I was not happy with the layout of the flats. There are 2 flats located behind one main door. So I had to open the first door which led me to a small, shared space with the door for another flat on the left-hand side and my door to my flat in the front.
The location is awesome, shopping mall is just opposite the hotel and the beach is located 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Ask for a sea view room.

Some crumbs and oil left in the kitchen from the previous guest. Bed sheets had some stains too
