Nothing I didn’t like. The apartment was spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Light and airy. The apartment was an older style and slightly dated but clean and spacious. Everything in good working order. Personally I prefer this to an ultra modern small pokey hotel room.

Fabulous location. The unit was over looking the water exactly as per photo and totally brilliant. The view was breathtaking especially in the mornings. The actual location was right in the middle of Caloundra and in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops etc. The street itself was quiet. Perfect. I’d definitely stay there again. The staff at the reception, about 30m away, were totally lovely and very helpful. We were given a second key without any fuss. Very good value for money.

We found parking a 4WD in the garage very tricky and didn't find an iron or an ironing board.

The unit was in a central but quiet location and the view was lovely. The property was very clean and the kitchen very well-equipped.

The main bed. PLEASE buy a new one!. We would love to stay here again but not until we see it written somewhere you have a new bed. Also, it may just need a clean, but the air-conditioning throughout the apartment makes a terrible noise (including the 2 bedrooms)

This apartment itself is really lovely. The view is FANTASTIC! 👌 It was so nice to have all the little extras included, plenty of tea coffee sugar even tomato sauce, salt , pepper, etc. The location was great. Only a short walk to Bulcock Beach, and a little further along, is Kings beach. Many cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Caloundra is our go-to place when we want a quick break. We will definitely be back for longer as we do love this apartment (as long as you have a new bed).

Mould in both bathrooms gave them a ‘dirty look’. The hot water service is very small and struggled to service 4 adults. Toaster only works half of both sides. After looking up online what coffee pods the coffee machine took, purchased only to find did not work, so back to shops to get descaling liquid and fix problem. Mould on wall, window frame and pull down blind in lounge room. Hair dryer not working. Vacuum cleaner not working on needs cleaning, had to resort to broom to do carpet. Kitchen cupboards just odds and sods from op shop no sets of anything, struggled to accommodate 4 from kitchen. No tablets for dishwasher. The lounges only about 30cm from floor and very uncomfortable. The apartment needs a makeover. Without the location, it would struggle. Having said all this we had a stay that was memorable.

The view over the passage at Caloundra was the highlight and the selling point. The the double bed was firm and comfortable.

They charged over $100 for extra cleaning because the kitchen bin was overflowing and Pizza boxes were thrown around the unit. However, the truth is, only two pizza boxes were placed on the bench above the bin because they were too big for the small bin in the kitchen. Charging $102.20 for this is simply excessive on every level. It’s truly disappointing and feels like another scam.

It was okay until they charged me an extra cost of over $100 for leaving some rubbish in the kitchen.
