Was not terribly convenient to bring our own sheets and towels, and I felt this information should have been highlighted in a more obvious way prior to booking.

Very clean property, with well stocked cutlery/crockery/cooking items and cleaning items as required. Plenty of space to spread out, and the beds were extremely comfortable. In warm weather, the balconies and patio would be lovely. Location was amazing, a very short walk to the beach, including markets which were on at the beach end of the street on the Saturday we were there.

Heater was a little hot upstairs but the fireplace was fantastic.

The master bedroom was exceptionally spacious — adding an extra single bed could be a great option for families with children.

The water down there tastes like chlorine which absolutely sucks. perhaps a water filter jug on site might be helpful for others in future. but thats all I have to say

Easy to get keys. house was immaculately clean. a lot of fun to stay in. the kids thought it was a total hoot. Was scared to use the spa bath as we were unsure if it worked, so we filled it and sat in it instead of turning it on. Guest beds were quite hard - but the king room bed was deliciously soft. luckily the kids didnt mind too much. We had such a great weekend. was the first time ive taken the kids away alone since my separation, and this was perfect. exactly what we needed. Thank you kindly for letting us stay.

Location. Was over and above what I was expecting. Very very happy. Enough room to be all together and also have seperate spaces. Made our getaway and family catchup really easy. Highly recommend ABC accommodation to everyone.

Incredible weekend stay, huge house with everything you could ask for, clean and tidy, very comfortable stay, enjoyed it alot. Great location, walking distance to the main street in Rosebud and the beach.... surf backbeaches 15-20 mins drive away, Tina was a lovely host, super clear and easy instructions to navigate the entire stay... will definitely stay again, and highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Amazing family beach home.. So much space and no need to fight for a toilet or shower... Its a beautiful Marble Mansion.. 😍 So close to everything we needed during our stay. Planning to return with kids and grandkids hopefully.

Key ring on key maybe is the only thing I can say, because I accidently left the wrong upon check-out. My mistake, but the host was very understanding.

We really enjoyed this opulent home. It's spacious, clean, close to the beach and shops, has an outdoor garden, balconies, and a fabulous indoor spa.

I had to share my spa with children. Not that big of a deal.

Location and set up is absolutely amazing. Coming from a small country town in northern NSW this was the most fantastic family trip away, even the rainy days staying inside what my kids called the mansion was easy and relaxing Thankyou so much for having us. Would love to visit again.

It is a very clean, beautiful and spacious place to stay! It was just two of us and it was a luxury to have so much space. It would be absolutely perfect for a family as there are 3 bathrooms! It was walking distance to the beach and shops but also very quiet! We could see the sunset sitting on the top balcony as well! Just magical.

This property is very well placed, with all the shops so nearby. It was very well kept and maintained, extremely spacious. Loved the marbel fittings, specially the master bedroom.

Very cool house, loved the master bedroom and the backyard balcony. Great for a couples stay for the weekend, my girlfriend didn't want to leave. The spa bath is as good as it looks. Mini fridge in the master bedroom was awesome, we spent the majority of our time upstairs and ate out, but we could have cooked with what was available in the kitchen if we wanted to. The whole house has a lot of privacy, backyard has really high brick walls and is very private. I'd imagine families would settle in very well too, plenty of spare beds around and bathrooms/toilets/showers. Definitely going to book this place again if it's just the 2 of us.
