Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWhen i refused to upload my credit card details to their third party provider who manages the bookings, they didn't want to send me the booking / access code. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone, and took a lot of back and forth and created a lot of stress and anxiety before our arrival. Their communication was also too much, too often and sometimes contradicting the information provided by booking.com. I think the third party (weekenda) is trying to build their own database and have been forcing us to provide many personal details, including credit card details (despite payment through booking.com, and clear instruction on booking not to share it), email, drivers license, and names and details of everyone staying at the property.
I would like to give this property 10 stars. We loved the farm stay, the owner was lovely, took time to walk us around, show us the animals, my little one was able to feed the chickens, sheep, pat horses. The guest house place was gorgeous, furnished and decorated with quality furniture, spacious, spotless and well equipped, set on a peaceful farm. However the management company that is managing the booking was a nightmare, the process of check-in invasive, inappropriate, slightly dodgy and I am also pretty sure against booking terms and conditions. It was worth it in the end, and we loved being there, and were very comfortable, and enjoyed being so close to the horses, cows and enjoyed the tranquility and nature around us.

AustraliaBooking process was laborious, invasive and unhelpful. No customer service and a great deal of fuss and bother over mediocre accommodation. So many forms and ID checks for a weekend stay??? Not worth it! You need to make your booking process more customer friendly.

The host was beautiful! She came to check in with us and ask if the kids wanted to feed the animals. We were able to hold the newly hatched chickens, feed the sheep and lambs and visit the horses. The house was gorgeous and equipped with absolutely everything we needed, even toys for the kids. Very comfortable beds and air cons in both areas of the house to keep us nice and warm. Could not be happier with our stay and we look forward to our next trip.

The location was exactly what we needed. Far from the madding crowds. The tranquillity was amazing. The sight of horses, cows, sheep gave us the real feel of farm living. We loved every moment of it.
