Nothing. It’s a short walk to seafront, which I knew about before booking, but we did get lost ( twice) 😀 but that was down to our poor navigation skills in the dark.

Spotlessly clean and looked like our 1 bed apartment had been recently refurbished. Gardens beautiful.

The room felt slightly run down, but had everything we needed.

The resort was lovely and we enjoyed the option of pools. We also had a massage at the spa which was great. The resort is a short walk (10 mins) from the sea front and restaurants.

Leaving Mango Lagoon Resort 😢

We loved absolutely everything. From the awesome welcome and farewell from our two Kiwi receptionists (and the upgrade to a larger unit, thankyou) through to the very comfortable unit, onto the amazing pools and lastly the fun evening we had at the bar (which we eventually got to enjoy)Thankyou Mr Barman and your funny cohorts for all the laughs and yummy cocktails 🍸 Also a big thankyou Carolynne for booking those wonderful excursions for us. We have come home with some amazing photos and memories. Mango Lagoon Resort is a credit to each and everyone of you....including the cleaners and gardeners. Sad to see suburbia closing in and many small business owners have moved on

An oasis Renovations complete the vibe is relaxed Great cafe and spa onsite and the tropical gardens and huge pools are lush Set back from the beachfront means it’s quieter yet a gate at the back means you are just a block from the hotel and bottle shop and access to the beach We booked a BUDGET room and were surprised to see fully renovated modern and light with microwave kettle crockery (no toaster) extra touches like separate mini wardrobe and drawers towel racks and hooks for towels and beach gear iron and board air con or desk fan made a comfortable stay For longer stays the other units are VERY spacious with fully equipped kitchens Garden and maintenance staff do a great job

Everything! The size of the apartment (2 bedroom apartment), the pools, the garden. You look out of the window and you feel like being in Bali or Fiji. Beautiful and peaceful spot, only 5 min walk from the beach.

This place ticks all the boxes, just be aware its a little way off the esplanade so be prepared for a short walk (slightly longer with a toddler)

Lounge and dining seats a bit old and outdated and not the most comfortable to sit in.

A lovely and comfortable stay in a quieter part of Palm Cove. Short drive to the beach. Very comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen.

There was nothing we didn't like😜

To begin with, Matt went out of his way to find us the best room to fit our needs. It was perfect. Carolynne was also very helpful at reception. The location was ideal and only a short walk to pub, restaurants, beach and supermarket. The 50c bus and bus stop to Cairns was nearby so we went into cairns on 2 separate days.

We loved our stay. We had a two bedroom unit. It was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to have an extra bed. Loved the variety of pools and location to Palm Cove Cafe's and Restaurants.

The positives outweighed any negatives.

Our accommodation was lovely modern, well equipped and clean, it had everything we needed for a very comfortable 5 day stay. The grounds were beautifully kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have loved to see a gym at the resort, a cafe with food would have been a great touch, but we didnt miss those things too much as we self catered and dined out through the week. All in all, a delightful stay and we would be happy to come back again.

Long way to walk with luggage from car was the only negative. No lifts so would have to drag luggage upstairs

Matt assisted us when we checked in. He was exceptionally good when it comes to customer service. Because of the amazing staff member, our stay was really good. He gave us lots of good options for food and Easter egg hunting activities, closed bus stop etc. thank you Matt for your assistance.

Such a well appointed and comfortable resort my only Cristian is the bed in the main room was not so comfortable- the pools were fantastic!
