Weird stair layout to get to apartment - and I was on the ground floor. Wifi was not useable. Disappointing in this age!

The pool area is undoubtedly great, as is the beachside location. On-site parking was also a great bonus. A pain point was that the WiFi was essentially unusable due to how slow it was.

Our apartment 722A could do with some softer lights. The only lights were insanely bright. Also the Samsung TV was a little hard to watch Apps on.

Loved the location! Couldn’t be any better. Our apartment 722A was specious and right on the road! We loved watching the world pass by each day.

When the TV didn't have ABC channels and staff said they would get a technician the following day, but that didn't happen.

A “tired” hotel style room which hasn’t been well maintained or updated in years A window facing the stairwell with no blind or curtains so the bright light outside the window shone in all night, making it difficult to sleep. Broken and ill fitting sliding wooden shutters between the bathroom and the bed letting in light and smells. Serviced once in 10 days.

Wonderful location and beautifully kept and clean gardens and pool with ample clean sun lounges and umbrellas. Quiet and peaceful environment.

Would have liked a gym to access. Would have been good to order from Vivo (the restaurant) to our room as we had little kids and taking them out to the restaurant every night was some times too much.

The cooktop is getting old. The access by stairs was inconvenient and probably unfriendly for people with mobility issues. Location of the soap dispenser vertically above the toilet roll is bad planning. The towel rail over the bath is so low it can’t be used. There could be more hooks for towels.

The unit was well laid out and had good lounge and kitchen facilities. Laundry was excellent. Outlook onto the pool was very pleasant. Gardens were well maintained.

Very minimal sound proofing between the apartments. Noisy neighbours and children.. Too many stairs, land evels to contend with Uncomfortable lounge chairs Bottom sheet on the bed didn't even cover the mattress and kept moving while in bed Unclean oven and stove top Guessed how to use the oven, cook top, and microwave

Request for 30 min extra at check out went through a painful charade. Delegate simple things like this to receptionist. We are Accor members. No wifi in rooms was very poor. Reception only place to have wifi. Bathroom lights very dark. Please note - I very rarely give any negatives in our large number of stays. So please act on the above for the sake of others.

Ground floor request was granted due to knee problem. Room clean and average size. Pool area lovely and good access to esplanade.

The panels on the bath were loose. The doors to the washing machine closet do not close. There was a smell under the kitchen sink.

Did get lost, after parking our car & then trying to find our room! However, it WAS our 1st time staying at this hotel & we’ll be more experienced next time!

A perfect day, weather-wise, staying at a very pleasant & comfortable hotel located on the beach-front of gorgeous Palm Cove …. life doesn’t get much better!!

A lot of units. Felt a bit like a rabbit Warren with all the paths. Seemed to be a lot of permanent tenants.

The layout of the property. Absolut confusion to find the right exit out of car park to your room. Maze like feel. Why all these steps up and then down and up again to a terrace room. Weird architecture. Can't see that property to be wheelchair friendly or any other reason for mobility issues. But if your legs are great, and you are happy climbing stairs, this is a splendid place to stay.

Comfy beds, friendly staff. Great pool.
