We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaTV reception was occasionally poor, but this may have been due to the weather and outside the hotels control.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything you might need. The large bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal, just a very short walk to the beach and across the road to bakery and cafes. There is a small supermarket just nearby and the main shops and beach are only 5-to-10-minutes' walk away. We didn't use our car at all for the duration of our stay. Staff very helpful.

AustraliaThe bathroom should be updated/renovated and fan in bathroom wasn't working so was embarrassing to go to the toilet with nothing to help with the odour and the whole bathroom steamed up when having a shower. I chose a Ocean view room but all I could see of the ocean was from a corner of the closed up balcony when I looked out from a side. Disappointing as I was expecting a better view. All I could see was the tennis court and the main building.

The location was great and easy access to the beach. We had a problem with our room due to renovations onsite. We were immediately upgraded and provided free breakfast as compensation. Staff were fantastic.
