Frome Apartments are in an excellent location and value for money. Close to eateries, Rundle Mall and public transport.

Second bedroom frosted-windowed onto lobby walkway, and was a bit stuffy as no ventilation led into room other than the doorway.

The atmosphere of the corridors and apartment was a little soul-less. There were only translucent blinds, not curtains on the windows. The towels provided were incomplete when we arrived but more were provided the following day following our request. The apartment was serviced despite leaving the do-not disturb sign out.

The apartment was spacious and well furnished, with kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was an easy walk to the city centre, riverside and botanic gardens, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Out top-floor apartment was quiet and had views across the city. The reception staff were helpful, and access was easy.

There was no/limited car parking at the location. There was no free parking with the stay. The toilet facilities were a bit old. Pillows could have been better and the beds could have been bigger. Could've had 2x single beds for the kids.

It was comfortable and adequate for the family for 2 nights in the city. Location was perfect because we had events on nearby (at Rundle Street and Botanic Gardens).

We had no hand towel or flannel in the room and I had to go and ask. In the morning I realised we didn't have a teaspoon to make our tea and coffee. So only minor things.

We have stay here a few times and love the location. The rooms have always been clean, bed comfortable. Staff have always been great. We love the fact the shower is separate and not over the bath. Great value for money.

The apartment was really cold. The lounge had an A/C which we used to heat the room, but the bedroom and bathroom were freezing cold. The windows didn't shut or lock properly, hence a draft. We went across wet dusting to clear the apartment.

Within easy walking distance of all amenities. Could choose to eat in the apartment or go out to restaurants which were close by. Exceptionally quiet, hardly saw anyone. The reception staff were really kind and allowed us access to the apartment much earlier than usual, which helped 2 very tired travellers..

I found the bed to be extremely firm, for my liking and there was no extra blankets available. There is no on-site parking nor is there an offer to get a parking voucher or discount, this resulted in me paying over $100 in parking for 2 nights.

Our overall stay in the apartment was really nice. Check in and out was easy, and the rooms were cosy.

Collecting the keys from Hindley St on a Friday night was inconvenient. A lockbox system would be better.

The name change in the building made it hard for Uber/taxi etc to find the place. The water pressure was appalling, it was difficult to rinse shampoo. It was dreadful and we won’t stay here again due to this, despite everything else being acceptable.

Supplies of coffee, milk, shampoo and body wash was good enough for one person. We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and it would have been great if the next days supplies brought forward.

I like the central location, in close proximity to shops, restaurants and everything you need. Staff were nice and friendly. The place is safe and secure.
