Amazing views

Good location. Bed was comfortable

Terrible instructions to access the key. We stayed on level 13. Traffic jam in the driveway which was terrible and I couldn't move for 25mins due to cars parked everywhere and no one monitoring the situation. The room looks ran down. Not worth the $250 i paid.

Location is very convenient. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony.

Accessing the keys was a bit of a chore, there were many lock boxes that were the same, so I had to try several before I was able to get the keys. Perhaps some sort of distinguishing mark on the lockbox would be helpful. It would have been nice to have had some tea bags and longlife milk in the room.

Not very clean, tired decor. Used to be a hotel room but the fitout is aged.

Was a hotel room, not an apartment as advertised . Had to wake a person passed out in the hallway so I could get to my room.

Good location close to shops/restaurants and beach

Parking expensive and no direct lifts to room floors. (I noticed that cupboard with the fridge in it was warm, should have ventilation holes at the side)

It is a private apartment that was advertised through booking.com as a 3 bed with microwave. When we got there it was 1 bed with sofa and no microwave. I rang the owner straight away and we left the accommodation ( we needed 3beds) She admitted that it had happened before and it was an error on the site. Said she would do a full refund my money. Yet 5 days later no refund.

Studio apartment, had very uncomfortable sofa bed that wasn’t made up, no black tea or milk. Check in was difficult, I found the staff unhelpful. Breakfast was cold and unappetising not up to Mantra standards. Ive stayed at the manta at Tweed Heads and Airlie Beach and that was the reason I booked at Mantra Surfers Paradise. Before my booking I tried many times to reach the Mantra via phone but was unable to speak to any staff

The location was good

The room was advertised as: 1 large bed, 1 extra large bed And 1 sofa When we arrived the room had a large bed and a sofa bed. Not 2 beds and a sofa as advertised. I booked the room for the 2 beds, as we are not a couple. Very disappointed with the room. We had to use the sofa bed and it was not made up with any linen. No extra linen in the cupboards, so we had to take a sheet off the main bed. It was clean, cutlery and crockery but no microwave.
