The shower was sheer glass at bedroom end so had to close window blinds for privacy but huge modern shower.

We were rather concerned about the 1 bedroomed we had booked as my brother was there the week before and very disappointed with how run down his apartment was. When we arrived we had been upgraded to a 2 bedrooms apartment. This was modern and newly furnished with great ocean view from balcony and pool below. We were very happy after going through a lot of stress and illnesses and able to recuperate naturally relax.

Trim the lower branches on the palm so the view is not obstructed .

Palm tree obstructed our view a lot , we expected the water view as stated when we booked . Overall a comfortable stay ,showers were not really clean .

The elevator that served our section of the building was broken and we had to carry our several suitcases up three flights of stairs - and then down again when we left. It was quite a chore. We would have appreciated some kind of advance notice as we might have changed our mode of travel (either bringing our automobile on the ferry) or finding a place to leave our heavier luggage. I understand that Magnetic Island relies upon workers from the mainland to service their buildings and that we were there over a weekend (arriving on a Saturday evening, departing Monday am.) I gently voiced my concern to the office staff when we departed, but she seemed indifferent to our plight as they had no control over the repair situation. Even so, some kind of notice would have helped us a lot.

Fantastic location; we were able to walk from the ferry with our luggage in tow. Easy walk to grocery store and restaurants too. The large soaking tub in the bedroom overlooking the Coral Sea was a special treat! Open floor plan with large, well-equipped kitchen and couches. TWO patios overlooking the water.

Location of the room was too close to the pool. Didn’t like the ground floor as people on the upper level walked loudly and rolled things around very early in the mornings. All the bowls and cutlery was dirty on arrival.

The only real problem was that the bed one side was okay. On the other side, the springs had collapsed. The bathroom is open to the bedroom and the lounge room.

We loved the accommodation, the room was good, sitting on the outside area, the pools and gyms.

In winter, facing over the ocean meant too cold and windy to use the balcony and no direct sun during the day. Appreciate this orientation is the best for summer/wet season

The room was looking very tired and and some fixtures need attention. The bath tap leaked while on, the fridge and other parts were rusty and ugly. The cleaning staff were very noisy and woke us every morning!

One Single bed had feet missing making it uneven, we removed the base and slept on mattress only. The other single bed had the base feet already removed. TV is main bedroom not working Dishwasher not working, kept tripping the circuit breaker A/C dripping in main bedroom Water leak in main bathroom Lack of kitchen utensils ie tongs, vegetable peeler Broken blind in main bedroom, wouldn’t go up No lift working for our entire stay, we were on level 5, so lucky no elderly guests! Some of these issues have been mentioned on your reviews, but obviously not addressed.
