Wifi - absolutely hopeless, even after getting receptionist to ‘fix’ it

The loud music from the Cafe/bar? on the ground floor. The music was so loud I could feel the vibration in my apartment when trying to rest on the couch. If staying here ask for the highest floor you can get, to avoid the music (I was floor 4). The bathrooms need a deep clean, ingrained dirt in corners of shower and bath, was a bit disappointing given the cost of the accommodation.

I thought it was odd when there was no reception after hours that anyone could walk into the lifts area - felt unsafe

More lighting around the pool in the evening. Once the sun went down the pool area was very dark.

Beautiful view and location with views over the ocean. Lots of room for our family of four. Rainbow lorikeets came and visited the balcony each day, which the kids loved. The pool and spa were great and so many great food options within 5-10 minute walk.

The second bedroom (two single beds) can be a bit stuffy as no windows can be opened.

Room 604 - two bedroom - two bathrooms. Excellent location, close to the Mooloolaba Surf Club to swim at the controlled beach and also for a meal. The view of the beach and the ocean is excellent from this room. After coming down the lift you can exit right onto the shopping strip on Mooloolaba Esplanade (near cnr of Brisbane Rd). The Sunrises were spectacular and we were able to spot a number of dolphins in the water not too far from shore.

3rd bedroom felt the chill from outside coming through front door being winter.

Apartment size great with group. Everything you need. Comfortable and well appointed. Fantastic location and great view. Loved our stay. Stayed twice now and would definitely stay again 👍

Access to the balcony, we couldn’t unlock the main door to the beautiful balcony, there was a small side door which we used, the television, couldn’t get it to work, maintenance guy fixed it straight away, no salt and pepper in the room, no mop, there was a mop handle but no head. Only little things, we enjoyed our stay.

Views are spectacular, main bedroom is comfortable and quiet, kitchen is well equipped, location, easy asses to shops and restaurants and beach, car parking added bonus.

Was a pity we visited during the exterior pressure washing maintenance period which was disruptive for most of the stay especially with a sleeping baby. The mattress for the cot provided was very ordinary and didn’t come with a fitted sheet which isn’t particularly safe. Made do with some extra towels and a flat sheet wrapped around.

The apartment was beautiful and very generous in size! Layout was great, excellent amenities, great lighting in bathrooms, great air conditioning and beautiful view.

The room felt a little tired and dated. The pool is at the back of the hotel and looks out over the street to other buildings.

Unbeatable location, with shops and restaurants at your doorstep, and amazing view of the ocean. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

There are 3 Mantras in Mooloolaba and google gets confused between them sometimes which confuses you. What caused considerable stress was our key tags didn’t work for the first 3 days, and they tried 3 times to fix the problem. We had to leave the flat open or get someone to unlock for us and with 2 families together was a challenge. We had to pay for cot and high chair, services that usually come with these bookings. We feel we paid for those things in the price.

Spacious apartment for a family of 6 and a baby. Shower pressure was great. Location was perfect with cafes and restaurants right outside the door.

We were in room 403 and had a lot of trouble getting the WiFi to work in various parts of the room and on the balcony. And the master bedroom bed was super firm and uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the lounge on the last night.
