Everything.. I have traveled and spent alot of time in hotels.. this felt like a holiday within a holiday. I could have stayed for a week without leaving.

Our only suggestion would be for softer pillows on the bed.

Breakfast was continental DIY. Everything we could possibly need was supplied or available for a fee.

Everything was 10/10. Can’t fault it.

Wow!! What an incredible place to stay!! The owner is incredibly lovely and hospitable, even showed us the wildlife she is fostering. The beds are super comfy, very clean, very quiet and the view is spectacular. The facilities are really really good. We loved the gym, Sauna and spa! Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

The only concern was the slippery shower tiles. Both my partner and I nearly fell back. Non-slip mat in the shower is needed.

The place was tranquil and beautiful. The infinity pool really lived up to the pictures.

Being adults only, it was hard to ignore other people's "night time noises", which you can laugh at, because discretion is optional. Clearly it is not a negative, you can close the doors, again, discretion.

The location is a magical oasis, the owner is delightful and her ability to rescue orphaned koalas, our endangered species is wonderful. The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is worth visiting Mapleton Springs to enjoy the lovely grounds, private rooms, pool, sauna and games room. Thank you Rachel.

Noise between units did travel a lot . They are aware of this and ask that everyone try to be considerate of others

Nice location. Not a bad out look over a small valley. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen stuff was adequate.

Facilities were superb, new and everything available to the guests. Limited to 4 couples and no children so very peaceful. Pool / spa and facilities were exceptional. Evening visits by the local wallabys

Exceptional, in every way. Cleanliness, location, views, facilities. Everything about this place is flawless. Including the property owner, Rachel. What an absolute gem of a find this place was. We have found often that when we arrive at a property, it doesn’t quite seem as good as in the photos. Mapleton springs was the opposite. The photos do not do it justice. There was not a single thing out of place. Everything was fresh, of great quality, and in perfect working order. Really cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. You can tell how much customer experience means to Rachel. She has kept this place in tip top shape (and its a big place) all on her own, as well as looking after and caring for orphaned wildlife. When we stayed, she had 6 baby wallabies and a wee baby koala called forrest. The cutest little thing. So hats off to this gem of a woman and her property. We will definitely be back very soon!

Nothing everything was perfect.

Property is really well set out, has great facilities and very beautiful surroundings. Has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Beautiful adults only accommodation, only 4 rooms which makes it nice and peaceful and great for relaxing.

Location, vibe, facilities, and quick prompt responses from Rachel The view of the rolling hills across the valley is just gorgeous, sunset lights the top of the range up with hues of purple and orange. Sunrise is just amazing with tops of the ridges being lit up with warm tones. The sound of the birdlife that starts off just as the morning light breaks is great to hear. It was good to see mention the almost forgotten mapleton tram line which cut through the property. Not many places / people, in the area know it existed.

Absolutely nothing. This is the best property we’ve ever stayed at.

What wasn’t to like? Upon arrival, Rachel greeted us and we even got to pat baby joeys! The amenities were abundant - infinity pool overlooking the valley, cinema, guest lounge and dining, spa. Our room was lovely, private and stunning. The views were 100/10. The information book was very clear and had a lot of information! Property was located close to nearby Mapleton where we have a bevvie at Mapleton Public House and pizza from the nearby joint was incredible!
