Some of the facilities were a bit tired and broken, and there was broken glass on the floor when we arrived, a number of light bulbs not working, no gas in the BBQ, a few things that could have been easily addressed.

We really enjoyed staying at Marriner Views - it was a great location, stunning views and overall good value for money we thought.

Main bed was very hard and as bouncy as an airbed - not great for 2 people. I like a firm bed, but this was uncomfortably hard. Pillows were also either very hard, or flat. Not much ambient lighting - all were very bright

Fantastic location 1 street away from beachfront. Spacious and very well appointed 2 brm/2 bathroom unit on the 9th floor with full laundry and deep bath. Great views of the water and sunsets, walking distance to Cahill Ave. Spa and heated swimming pool.

Excellent location. Good sized 3 bedroom apartment. The facilities like the pool and spa were great. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely stay again!

Apartment showing alot of wear and tear ..rust, black mold, worn stained carpets ,stained bedding ..really is ashame as it just needed upkeep

Upon arrival the room smelt quite musty; like it hadn’t been lived in or aired out in a long time. We went around and opened windows to let fresh air in. The balcony was a bit cluttered with plastic chairs, table and sun bathing lounges. The kettle had bugs in it when we went to make ice for the ice trays and make baby bottles; there weren’t any cot sheets for the included baby’s portacot, and there was no conditioner to go with the complimentary shampoo (which was the strangest thing).

The location and view from our room was picturesque. Top floor, ocean views; we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot. The balcony space was ample.

The cutlery and crockery weren't clean. You only got 1 towel each which was hard with the beach,pool and spa all aaround you. Lucky for the washing machine and drier. wish we had a balcony of the lounge like the other rooms.

The location is perfect. central to everything. Tram stop just around the corner which made it so much easier . The balcony off both rooms and the views off both sides were stunning. washing machine and drier were tops to have aswell.

This was the perfect location. We found it easy for shopping,leisure, activities and beaches. Steve was an amazing manager. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The garbage disposal didn’t work so was very smelly in the drain , some areas could be cleaner but was fine for our stay

There were a few funky smells coming from the furnishings and the cupboards and the showers could have done with a good clean.

A lovely huge space with great views overlooking the beach and the river. The furniture in the living area was modern and comfortable and the manager was happy to accommodate our after hours check in.

This lovely apartment is in need of maintenance and a good clean. Doors/windows don't operate properly due to rust, age and failure in calling tradespeople. The kitchen has safety hazards as cupboard doors are falling off hinges. The kettle is so old the lid does not operate. The clock battery died. There is essentially nothing in the apartment to welcome a guest who has come with nothing other than clothes in luggage. The kitchen needs to be cleaned, every drawer/cupboard cleaned, everything better sorted, and better equipment for cooking (e.g. discovered unusable frypan) in order to allow people to make the apartment their home for a short time. Supplies of the basics that travellers cannot carry are needed, such as oil for cooking, salt/pepper, dish liquid for hand washing (suspecting what we used was left by guests), dish scrubber, bin bags, more/ample Chux wipes/tea towels (not a mere square and one towel) and the list could go on. Items such as drink coasters, long in the draw presumably, were dirty. The clothes dryer didn't work at first. Discovered much later that a manual rotation of the drum fixed the problem (rusted as well?). No laundry liquid. Also, a mere supply of one roll of toilet paper in each of the two bathrooms, for a five nights stay, was not good enough. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. I recommend putting emphasis on providing arriving guest/s with basic needs for the duration of stay and, importantly, addressing safety issues and cleanliness, including with supplies of necessary products.

The apartment, 24th (top) floor, has fabulous views from every window to the beach and to the west, big beach facing balcony (one also at back from second bedroom), lots of space, comfortable furniture and beds, warm appeal as a very livable home, Wi-Fi and big TV with Netflix subscription.

Our apartment needs some work, pretty much all external doors and windows need to be replaced, sliding doors to balcony difficult to open. Could do with new carpet too.

We were on top floor and views were great from a number of rooms. Location was ideal, midway between Surfers and Broadbeach.

The facilities was little under expectation. There was less amenities provided for 7 days stay for us. I think more amenities like tissue paper body wash should have been provided.

The view was the best. Top floor and view of the city and beach was exceptional.

We had 3 bedroom apartment on 19th floor.. Great views lots of windows. Nice furnishings. No air con however it was in May so not hot. I believe each apartment is different because they are individually owned.
