Thank you for your feedback, though we’re genuinely surprised by your comments. Your stay with us was clearly for an extended period, and at no point did you bring any of these concerns to our on-site manager — who is always available and more than willing to assist. We also want to clarify that Booking.com no longer permits or supports anonymous reviews. This one appears to have been submitted through an outdated version of their app, which unfortunately prevents us from following up with you directly or verifying the accuracy of your claims. Had you raised any of these issues during your stay, we would have acted on them immediately — as we always strive to ensure a clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Most of the points you've raised could have been resolved quickly, had we been given the opportunity. We take all feedback seriously and have since double-checked everything you mentioned to ensure it does not affect future guests. We simply ask that guests communicate with us during their stay so we can address matters in real time.

We're really glad to hear that you enjoyed the location, views, and found your stay to be good value—those are some of the things we love most about the property too. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. The broken glass was the result of a recently replaced balcony door panel—while we did a thorough clean-up, it seems we may have missed a few glass crystals, and we're truly sorry for that oversight. Regarding the lighting, all lights were checked prior to your stay and were in working order, apart from the laundry light, which had a loose connection and has now been fixed. As for the BBQ, thank you for raising this during your stay. The gas was promptly replaced using the spare cylinder we always keep at reception for the communal BBQ area, and we're always happy to assist with this if needed in the future.
