Traffic noise. No fault of the accomodation as most motels are located on highway. Ear plugs were supplied however truck noise at night was not good. Waiting for new bypass to open!!

Being on the main highway, it was quite noisy, especially being at the lights with trucks braking. Not flexible with booking changes/cancellations.

If I was to complain at all, it would be the stairs, because of some mobility issues that was a little bit difficult, but nothing we couldn’t handle. On reflection, should have requested ground floor accommodation.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and Dannielle was so nice showing us to our room explaining everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay, thank you! The property was very well maintained and the room was clean, bright and well appointed. Just what was needed after a long day travelling. Apart from some traffic noise, which ear plugs were supplied if needed, highly recommend.

Only one chair. As there was plenty of cricket, there is the presumption that, guests will eat in room, but nowhere to sit. One side of main bed was in a blind spot from the air con.and very cold. No where to hang towels, towel rail was broken, obviously for some time, the metal was broken, a dangerous spike. Reported before leaving, not sure if receptionist realised the importance of fixing it. Service staff need to pay a little more attention.

Pleasant helpful receptionist. Older motel revamped, bright, clean, comfortable bed, good to see top sheet as well as doona. Plenty of crockery. Good to have 2 luggage racks and mirror outside bathroom. Handy points bedside for charging. Thoughtfully supplied ear plugs, although h’ way noise did not worry us, must have been tired

Staff wasn’t willing to listen on the prior day since the booking was via booking.com and not directly. So all they had to offer was for me to deal with booking.com

The room had everything we needed while there for a sporting event. Staff were friendly & more than happy to assist. For an older property, it presented very well.

Lovely motel conveniently close to the highway. The owners have included lots of great touches - EV charging, coffee machine in the room, earplugs (there is some highway noise) etc. We also arrived late and the lamps were on, which was much appreciated.

Location was excellent being right next to highway but traffic noise was a nuisance. Earplugs are provided though. Parking tricky for larger vehicles.

Conveniently located for overnight stop. Very clean, all necessaries provided, including coffee machine. Good staff who told us of ideal place for meal. Good bed, bathroom, tv, wifi, and area for brekkie.

As expected, being right on the highway, the traffic noise could be heard. To overcome this there are squishable ear plugs in the bathroom for use. When the bypass goes through I'm sure this will not be an issue.

Danielle greeted us at the reception & explained all the motel had to offer. She even escorted us to our room & gave us a show around where everything was. The room was a nice size, bed was comfy, complimentary tea/coffee (including pods), milk, water etc. The room & bathroom was clean. Would happily stay here again.
