Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The towels were absolutely terrible. Very old and extremely thin. The extra pillows didn't have pillow cases. The coffee pod machine didn't work, it wouldn't pierce the pod.. Needed to leave another toilet paper & bin bags, as ran out.
Great location, easily slept 5 of us. Fantastic fire place, heats up the whole house extremely quickly. Great parking, manager contacted us prior, explaining everything for check- in. Very easy.

This house was an absolute pleasure to stay in! It was perfectly clean and incredibly well-maintained. A huge bonus for us was the amazing selection of board games, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The location was fantastic—within easy walking distance of a cafe and very close to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The only things missing were a sponge in the kitchen (which we bought) and brush and dustpan to collect mess that was swept up at the end of our stay.
Location was ideal; across the road from the beach, close to shops and cafes. Living area was pleasant and comfortable. Decor was fresh and inviting.

How close it was to walk across to and take a walk in the afternoon

Location & comfortable styling. Loved the friendly touches like books and kitchen condiments . It was great to cosy up by the gas fire with our dinner in the oven on a cold windy night, and then walk on the beach in the sunshine

Such a beautiful Villa, yes there is a bit of wear and tear however overall it was extremely comfortable, beautifully clean and cosy. We loved our stay ❤️

That this lovely apartment was across the road from the beach, close to cafes and supermarket. The host Silvana was very friendly and even allowed us to check out in the afternoon instead of the morning...Many thanks again Silvana 10/10 for a great two days with family...

Really nitpicking, but better pillows would go a long way and the non-slip bath mat was a bit slimy underneath.
Great location with beach access and shops close by. Comfy and cosy apartment with great appliances and car access.

Pillows and blankets dint smell and feel fresh but looked clean.

Great location. Lovely unit, equipped with everything required. Silvana was a great host who was kind enough to allow us to check in early. Excellent value for money, considering the proximity to the beach and local stores.

The unit is first one of the complex at street level so if you don’t keep the blinds down, there’s not much privacy. Having said that, it’s not a busy part of the road, with lots of people walking around.
Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, nice strong shower, lovely fireplace. Just across the road from the beach.

Silvana has set this accommodation up perfectly. You actually feel like you are in a home away from home. Very tastefully done. Location is brilliant too. Only wish we were there for more than 1 night. I'll definitely be booking here again next time I'm down the peninsula. Thank you.
