The lady running the place, I think her name was Cheryl or Sharee - but I could be completely wrong - was excellent. Very helpful with info and help. She was fantastic. The games room was a solid hit with the kids. The grounds and property were really nice

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The space was immaculately clean, and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The place was located in a beautiful location. Tom and Clare were excellent hosts – friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my visit. Everything was just as described, if not better. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay with great hospitality. Would definitely come back!

We would have liked a little more milk and maybe some basic condiments. We arrived Good Friday and couldn’t go to the shops as they were all closed. Some basics would have been helpful.

The property was beautiful. The house was lovely with heaps of space. Location was perfect! Amenities were great for the kids. Pool was suppose heated but it wasn’t. Didn’t stop the kids going in 🤪🤪

Barbecue was very dirty so we didn’t use it. The first two gas stoves dont work so we had to use the smaller ones at the back which took longer to cook food. A bigger baking tray would help.

Beautiful property, fantastic location opposite the beach. Had all the required amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. The property manager Sheree was amazing and helped us with the dryer and a few other things. Also thankyou for the late checkout.

Great location and facilities. Exceptionally equipped villa, lots of great additions coffee pods, tea, detergent, dishwasher pods etc. Very comfy beds, beautiful view of the lake and walking distance to town and local pub. Great communication from owners, would highly recommend.

Had issues with both TV’s. Could only get one Chanel on the living room tv and second night it didn’t work at all.

Beautiful setting and loved the activities on site with the tennis court and games room.

A couple of maintenance issues with sliding door to ensuite jamming and large door leading out to deck sticking at the bottom, but certainly not a deal breaker.

Resort was extremely peaceful and picturesque. Villa 18 was beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Views to the water were lovely. The most well equipped kitchen we have ever had in accommodation. Heating worked well. King size beds in two rooms were larger than we anticipated. The bed downstairs felt more comfortable than the one upstairs which was just a little too firm for our liking. Electric BBQ on the balcony was a bonus as we were expecting a communal BBQ. Very effective once it warmed up. The Games room was a hit with the teenage kids and had lots of use. Better than any games room we have come across. Tennis court also great. Too cold to use the pool but it looked inviting. Across the road to the resort, a boardwalk follows the lake with an easy stroll into Metung town. Stunning views and lots of wildlife. All in all we were very happy with the accommodation and resort facilities and the location was fantastic.
