Nice apartment

The pool, gym & sauna facilities were great and was so nice for our 6 year old son! It was across the street from westfields which was also fab and convenient. The $10 a day parking was nice also and was a relief from the prices we would have had to pay in the city. It wasn’t a very long drive into the city, Room was great for the price - couch was average and had stains and so did the carpet in the bedroom but it didn’t affect functionality. Loved having the washing machine and dryer available in the room also!!! Great value We enjoyed our stay.

Awkard check-in with car, there was no visitor's carpark available to go to reception. I briefly parked in disabled spot. There are not clear signs to indicate where reception is. Look for KUBIX reception sign. You need to take left hand driveway on immediately entering driveway from Stud Road, then a rather narrow driveway straight after that on left... like 10 metres. I received a SMS at 1pm to say reception shuts at 1pm on Weekend. This wasn't communicated when I did my booking. I had indicated I was arriving at 2pm.The receptionist did ring me a few minutes later and said she was knocking off. She did say if I could get there quickly, she would wait. I did and glad I could as it was a complicated check-in and details to get carparking space. I was charged $10 per day even although it said it was free for guests on bookings .com website. There is no on street parking nearby that would be convenient. There were no instructions on how to use TV/ etc. and I couldn't get sound or change channels. I was told by reception when I reported what I thought were flat remote batteries I didn't have on right settings! The kitchen sink was blocked. I reported this to management. There were no microwave containers to cook or reheat in. It has a good variety of windows, but you need to keep privacy blinds down, so it does seem pretty dark as a result. The bed runner and decorative cushion needs washing/refreshing. You did hear a bit of road noise. I was on 3rd floor inner courtyard room. It was a dull roar during day and you could hear the Hoons during night. Not totally unbearable really.

Convenient location opposite Knox shopping Centre and major arterial roads in area. Easy access from basement carpark to room floor level with fob. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Good washing and drying facilities (although no instructions on washing machine where detergent went!) The reception staff was very helpful. This it a corporate type of apartment. Quite spacious. Minimalist decoration. It is showing its age and would do with a deep clean e.g. around corners of floors, windows and blinds. and shower. Also, a repaint in a white to brighten up. There were extra blankets and pillows if needed. Good size fridge. Overall, it suited my needs.

Checked in late due to travel & no time to use WiFi, Close to shops to purchase quick food and meals. Very helpful staff at all times.

Booking of rooms were changed when we arrived. Offered to split families up but I would not cause we had small children

Great location in a huge complex, was a little confusing at check-in as no-one at reception but was quickly resolved with a phone call. No really clear instructions re parking, needed staff assistance, again resolved. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Would stay again and would recommend for sure.

Food wrappers under our bed, full kitchen but limited utenciles, pots etc and food was under couches and side table in lounge

Great facilities, nice and close to shops, food and activities staff were pretty friendly

The parking underground was a bit too steep, and also rooms could possibly have curtains or netting as we could see the neighbours in C Building when their lights were on, but the blinds were closed. Just give that more intimate privacy when guests need that. But other than that, rooms and suites provided all that anyone would need.

The apartment was cosy, clean, and comfortable. The facilities provided a well equipped amenities; pool, gym etc Close proximity to shopping centre and easy access to the highways.
