Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaThe pool was under renovation, an email or notification before our stay would have been nice, so that we didn't avoid disappointment on arrival. Also, valet parking at pick up was a bit disorganised. One lift working for a busy weekend was a little annoying too.
Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Food was nice and atmosphere was nice. Walking distance to many attractions in Melbourne too.

Great location close to CBD and train station. Good breakfast. Eventually after a room change (due to some maintenance issues with uneven carpet and loose desk support posts), the new room was good size, clean and good view. Proximity to fire exits and what appear to be fire doors locking off parts of the quite long corridors between rooms looks to be a good safe approach.

The location was very good. The room was a good size, comfortable and very ventilation/heating system worked well. The breakfasts were good but quite expensive. I don't know if there was a continental only option.

AustraliaThe only issue was when we arrived and tried to park for the Valet parking. Unfortunately all the parks at the front had been taken and when we called they must have been busy as no one answered for quite some time. We had to circle the block a few times (on Collins St this is a drama in itself) before someone answered the phone and cleared the space for us to park.

Australiathe walk from the elevator to our room was - longish - but we were advised prior and it was just fine, no issue at all. booking in was a bit slow and some of us struggled with communication misunderstandings. But one of the staff knew that we were all together and that we had already paid etc so he set the others straight fairly quickly.
location was perfect as we were able to walk to really nice shops, eateries, events and even go for a morning walk along the Yarra. room was clean and plenty big enough with a couch and a desk - perfect bed was super comfy.
