We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe breakfast was not good at all, sadly. Bacon tough as an old boot. Eggs cold and gluggy. Mushrooms watery and cold. Tomatoes floury. Hash brown very oily, left nasty residue. Juice is overly sweetened packaged/reconstituted perhaps. Not enough options either for the price - no sausage, ham, cheese etc. Also, carpark is somewhat tight and I came out to a side scratch on our passenger side of our car on our last morning - the person had not left a note but had tried to rub the scratch off (unsuccessfully).
Room was lovely and clean. Check-in quick and efficient, same for check-out. Happy hour was lovely, and service was excellent. The cheese platter was generous and tasty. The view from our room was lovely and relaxing.

The restaurant was good, had a nice vibe. Staff were friendly, changing our room due to stairs. Good breakfast. Nice grounds.

AustraliaThe only problem was that there was that they were hosting a wedding and there was no one manning reception between 1.30 and 2.00pm when we arrived and when we required some ice in the early ev3ning there was no staff to deliver it to our room.
The facility was well located and the ro9m warm and comfortable.
