We paid for a "pool " access room. But to get to the pool we had to hang onto a down pipe to step down from our deck. Quite dangerous. The crockery and cutlery were sparse (4 of each) consequently we had to run the dishwasher every day half full to have enough.

The staff were great and everything was very clean. The location was excellent.

Unfortunately the coffee machine in the room had been filled with milk not water, as you can imagine when I ran the water through, it was rancid, not pleasant. I advised the lady at reception but we didn’t get a replacement during our stay :( The spa in the pool area was cold, heavily chlorinated and was not easy to get in or out of, needs to be updated.

The location is perfect, walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hotels and the Marina. The room was comfortable and right beside the pool, even though the access to the pool was a little tricky, a ladder down the side would have been advantageous, I would definitely book poolside again. The hotel is very quiet and restful, clean and comfortable.

Attention to details in kitchen; plenty of knives all extremely blunt, dangerous to use. One very large frypan too big for the hotplate, the second hotplate could not be used because of overhang. Electric kettle needs replacing, on off switch unreliable, may be dangerous. No microwave cookware, except for one glass container with no lid.

Excellent Location, lovely Balcony, Spacious apartment. Convenient to shopping area, close to lovely beaches, Marina and markets.

Might need a bit of tlc. Plug in our sink didn’t seal properly and the one in the bathroom had the opposite problem. Also the bathroom sink had a crack in it. But these are small niggles - not important

The property is a short walk to shops and the beach. The rooms are lovely and because it’s adult only it was nice and quiet. The pool is also great.

There were a couple who hogged the poolside chairs. Left their towels on them to prevent others using them. They also had their own balcony chairs they did not use. Hard to stop, but a note in the units might help.

I didn’t realise the road at the front was so busy. I requested a quiet room but due to high season this could not be guaranteed. My room was on the road and not sound proof. It was quiet after 11 and before 5am. So I didn’t get a lot of rest unfortunately. The room could use some updating, it is getting a bit tired. The mattresses have no support whatsoever.

The location is great, easy walk to the beach and the shops. The pool area is nice also.

A slightly larger kitchen area and more space in the bedroom would have been useful but didn't spoil our stay.

We liked the one bed apartment with pool view. The living area was very spacious although the bedroom and kitchen were smaller. A very comfy bed. We had a large balcony. We made use of the washer and dryer. The pool was big enough and I enjoyed a swim Location was great. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants and the underground parking very useful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The outdoor lounge chair cushions are starting to get a bit thin. I could feel the bar from the frame through my back. There was also a dip in the mattress at my feet.

The location is great. just a short walk into the main drag for shopping, cafes and restaurants. We did not need to use the car except for day trips. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was well fitted out , including plates, cups , fridge etc. Having direct access to the pool from our apartment was amazing.

Reception hours are limited and the warnings about stiff penalties if you accidentally lock yourself out outside reception hours are unwelcome
