We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Customer service was good. The spa was spacious, we liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Mirror in the bathroom was huge and well lit. Bed was comfortable. Clean.

AustraliaThe entire place needs a bit of a facelift. All the decor and our room could do with a bit of an update. When we entered our room there was quite a mouldy, funky smell, which was a bit unpleasant and another reason why we wanted to be able to leave our door open. The location is fine if you don't want to be in the heart of Mildura. As we were travelling and only staying for one night, it was convenient for our needs on this occasion. I probably would stay here again when in Mildura if we're staying for a few days.
We were provided with a ground floor room as requested, easy to get our luggage in and out of our room. We had a nice pool view room but there was no fly screen on the door, so we couldn't take advantage of the beautiful, balmy evening and fresh air. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out process was very efficient.

Bedside Lamps didnt work & the shades were falling off and in very poor condition The curtains were old and tired and the connecter in the middle when you close them fell off Toaster was disgusting looked liked it was 20 yrs old Parking your vehicle, here you can park where you like so if you get home late you cannot park outside your room which is absolutely ridiculous. There were a lot of road workers staying here and they would park their trucks everywhere and not in the lines it was a nightmare they would also start their vehicles up early and leave them running to warm up the engine waking you up every morning. The TV screens are very small compared to the size of the room. The rooms are adequate but they really need to be updated and spruced up a little. Bright White silicon in the shower area on cream coloured tiles, not a good match.
