We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere is a granny flat in the garage , which is not made clear when booking. Basically someone living under the master bedroom. Had people come looking for their UBER eats, had the granny flat tennants Knocking on the door asking where things are . You do not get the whole house when booking, It’s basically like staying in an apartment

AustraliaThe aircon is only in the bedroom upstairs. This wasn’t clear in the listing. There are fans everywhere else and bifold doors to open the house up but when temperatures are high the bedrooms downstairs are very hot. There wasn’t a BBQ.
Modern, conveniently located. Lots of crockery and little extras in the kitchen made it easy to use as a base for a family. Our little dog could stay with us and loved her holiday!

AustraliaThe ONLY downside was there is an attached studio in the garage which other people stay in. We weren’t told and essentially they’re in the same house as you but with no access to inside the main. The issue was the other people that came and stayed in the studio were really loud and coming and going at all hours and I wasn’t told someone was staying there. So I woke up a little scared the first time someone was staying there. I wish we were told this wasn’t fully our place and there would be someone else there.
The pool and outdoor area was fantastic! The house was clean and looked as good as the photos in real life which I was pleasantly surprised with.
