There’s nothing to not like about this cottage.

We spent a dreamy weekend at this perfectly decorated seaside cottage, and it was everything I hoped for—and more. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the charm and attention to detail in every corner of the home. The interior design strikes the perfect balance between cozy and coastal, with warm textures, soft colors, and thoughtful touches that make you feel instantly at home. The highlight, without a doubt, was the view and the location is perfect. So close to cafes, Mollymook Golf Club and a short taxi ride to Cupitt’s Winery. After a great weekend with girlfriends, we left feeling completely refreshed—and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a restorative getaway by the sea.

Noisy childrens playground directly across the road, people there all hours into the night, and busy area with a lot of cars constantly driving past. We did not realise this when booking never having been here before. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the spot for you. A lot of 'stuff' in this house, breakable items and knick knacks. If crooked paintings bother you, be prepared to be 'bothered', there's a lot of them. Sort of a quirky art gallery. And although plenty of crockery, glasses etc, only two actual wine glasses. Will have to drink out of champagne flutes if you are wine drinkers or bring your own. One bedroom has no blinds with window opening onto enclosed front verandah, and only has light muslin drapes, which means for early wake up in that room. No nice hot shower as hot water only 'warm'. Not quite there for the price.

Nice comfortable beds. Heaters in every room for cooler nights and weather. Beach only steps away. Water views, via the front door, front yard. Nice and clean with coffee pods and coffee machine plus various teas. You will need to grab some milk from the convenience store a couple of doors away though. Around the corner from the golf club and beach cafe down the road. Plenty of fluffy bath towels A washing machine and dryer a plus. Two toilets and modern bathroom / laundry. A lot of off street parking in driveway, space for three cars, which is lucky as you can't park on the street out front with timed parking in a busy area. Nice big fridge and a dishwasher. Large fenced backyard if you have kids and an outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. BBQ, which we did not use. Some cooking stuff provided like baking paper etc. Smart TV with Chromecast. Games etc in cupboard.

It was a little drafty- may be colder in cooler months. A/c was adequate, we used the fans .

location was excellent. we were close to the beach coffee and restaurants. It became a little busy on the road in front, which was to be expected. The house was comfy, It was clean, had all appliances, great little kitchen, though we didn't use it. It was an early check out, though that helped us to beat the traffic. We really felt comfortable and relaxed Thank You
